We developed a qPCR assay based on the β-tubulin gene sequence for the shrimp microsporidian parasite Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP). This assay reacted with the hepatopancreas (HP) of EHP-infected shrimps, and the highest copy numbers were found in HP and feces samples from Southeast Asian countries (106–108 copies mg−1), while HP samples from Latin America, Artemia, and EHP-contaminated water showed lower amounts (101–103 copies mg−1 or mL−1 of water). No false positive was found with the normal shrimp genome, live feeds, or other parasitic diseases. This tool will facilitate the management of EHP infection in shrimp farms.
<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Kuisioner dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 15 item pernyataan tentang penerapan shalat dhuha dan 20 item pernyataan tentang perkembangan moral anak usia dini. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para responden yang telah terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Selanjutnya, setelah responden mengisi kuisioner tersebut, lalau dikumpulkan kembali dan dilakukan analisis. Pada penerapan shalat dhuha ada 2 indikator yang diukur, yaitu indikator pemberian kebebasan (pembolehan yang sifatnya toleran), proteksi (tidak ada hubungan apabila anak melanggar peraturan serta kurangnya control terhadap prilaku dan kegiatan anak sehari-hari) dan indikator yang kedua adalah submission (penyerahan). sebesar 38,75%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman keagamaan memiliki hubungan yang “sedang” dalam pembentukan moral anak usia dini di TKIT Muhandis Aceh Tenggara perkembangan moral anak dapat disimpulkan bahwa penanaman keagamaan yang permisif memiliki hubungan yang “sedang” dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 38,75%. Sedangkan pekembangan moral anak usia dini di TK IT Muhandis juga memiliki kategori “sedang” dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 59,99%.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong> <em>Penerapan shalat dhuha, Moral (religius), Anak Usia Dini.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em> </em><em>The questionnaire in this study consisted of 15 statement items about the implementation of the dhuha prayer and 20 statement items about the moral development of early childhood. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the respondents who had been selected as research samples. Furthermore, after the respondents filled out the questionnaire, they were collected again and analyzed. In the implementation of the dhuha prayer, there are 2 indicators that are measured, namely the indicator of giving freedom (tolerant permission), protection (no relationship if the child violates the rules and lack of control over the behavior and daily activities of the child) and the second indicator is submission (submission). ). by 38.75%. This shows that religious understanding has a "moderate" relationship in the moral formation of early childhood at TKIT Muhandis Aceh Tenggara. It can be concluded that permissive religious cultivation has a "moderate" relationship with an average value of 38.75%. Kurikulum 2013 menekankan kepada pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan scientific dan penilaian autentik guna mewujudkan generasi yang siap menghadapi masa depan. Model pembelajaran kooperatif merupakan model pembelajaran yang menggunakan kerjasama tim. Dimana model ini mampu membantu peserta didik, memahami konsep yang sulit, menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kerjasama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif pada mata pelajaran matematika berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMPN 13 Banjarmasin.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orang guru yang mengajar matematika di kelas VII SMPN 13 Banjarmasin. Dan objek penelitiannya adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif pada mata pelajaran matematika berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam perencanaan guru mencantumkan langkah-langkah pendekatan scientific yang mengandung komponen mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar, dan mengkomunikasikan, dan juga menggunakan penilaian autentik. Namun pada RPP yang dibuat guru, guru belum mencantumkan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaannya, pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan scientific dan model pembelajaran kooperatif terlaksana dengan baik. Penilaian autentik yang digunakan guru mencakup aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan.

However, implementing information technology is not without risk, because banks are a highly regulated industry and must be carried out prudently. With the growing complexity of BRI's business activities and operations, the risks faced are also getting bigger. Threats that arise to operational activities can be triggered by various factors, both internal and external. Therefore, there is a need for risk management analysis on the BRImo Application using the ISO 31000 framework so that the possible risks that will occur can be minimized or eliminated by carrying out Risk Assessment and Risk Treatment. The results of this study are various possible risks in the identified application using a probability and impact matrix as well as the handling of the possible risks that exist. So that the results of this risk analysis can be used to help companies prevent, minimize risks, and treat these risks according to their priorities before the possibility of these risks hampering the company's performance.
The implementation of this community service activity is motivated by a global issue that is currently developing, namely the spread of the COVID 19 virus. The spread of the virus, which also occurs in Ende district, has awakened various parties to implement a clean lifestyle, make efforts to prevent and break the chain of spread of the COVID 19 virus. One of these efforts is realized through this community service activity, namely by cleaning, socializing and spraying disinfectants in public areas. One of the areas that became the target of this dedication was the Jami At'Taqwa Onekore Ende Mosque. To achieve the goal of this Community Service activity is carried out through several approaches, including; 1) Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model which emphasizes community involvement in all activities starting from planning, implementing and evaluating activity programs, 2) Participatory Technological Development Model which utilizes appropriate technology based on local knowledge and wisdom, 3) Model Community development is an approach that involves the community directly as the subject and object of implementation of community service activities, 4) Persuasive, namely an approach that is appeal and support without coercion for the community to take an active role in this activity, 5) Educative, namely the socialization, training and mentoring as a means of transferring knowledge and education. The results of the Social Service Activities for cleaning the environment of the Jami 'At-Taqwa Onekore Mosque can run well in accordance with the activity plan, namely cleaning the mosque environment, cleaning irrigation ditches, transporting garbage and spraying disinfectants. This is shown from the following conclusions; 1) All residents become enthusiastic training participants and have a good commitment to all the programs discussed before the activity for the sake of creating a sense of security and peace in worship in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, 2) There has been an increased understanding of the knowledge of the Covid 19 outbreak and how to maintain security self in minimizing outbreaks. Namely by means of 3M (Keeping Distance, Washing Hands and Wearing Masks), 3) A place of worship that is clean, safe and comfortable and has a safe distance limit mark in worship.
