Research has been in order to analyze whether menstrual factors of students is influential on sleep quality. 560 students of School of Health compose the population of the research. A form prepared to determine the socio-demographic and for menstrual cycle characteristics of students and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. The number, percentage distribution and average of descriptive data associated with the students has been taken. It has been analyzed with correlation and t test. It has been designated that 78.4% of them have regular menstruation. The total PSQI score average of the students is 6.2±3.0. While it has been found out that there is a positive relationship between the menstruation incidence of the participants and PSQI. There hasn't been found a significant relationship bleeding period and phases of menstruations. It has been determined that sleep quality of the participants is poor and menstrual cycle aspects of them effect sleep quality in a negative way.
