The Coronavirus Disease-19 pandemic is an outbreak that has hit the world, with no exception for Indonesia. Many things are harmed from all aspects of life ranging from political, social, cultural, religious and economic fields. It also has an impact on the melemamahnya sharia banking system in Indonesia. This research has the purpose of knowing how the Financial Services Authority Regulation Policy (POJK) No.11/POJK.03/2020 in Suppressing Non Performing Financing (NPF) in Sharia Bank. This study uses narrative qualitative research methods with primary data from various electronic media, journals, and books, and related sources. The results of this study show that banks can implement policies that can support economic growth for sharia bank financing customers affected by the spread of Covid-19. Customers who get a restructuring waiver policy are customers affected by Covid-19 directly or indirectly.
The research aims to know the influence of biographical characteristics and leadership to performance of employee through motivation as an intervening variable. This study is on BMT’s supervised by Pinbuk Tulungagung. The taken samples in this study were 50 respondents from 7 BMT’s registered in Pinbuk Tulungagung. The Sampling uses a non probability sampling with the technic of quota sampling. The measurements in this study use a scale of Likert. The used data analysis method is a path analysis with SPSS 20th version to test the effect of intervening variable. The results show that the biographical characteristics do not influence in the motivation; the leadership influences positively in the motivation; the biographical characteristics do not influence in the performance of employees; the leadership influences positively and significantly in the performance of employees; and the motivation influences positively and statistically in performance of employees The result of path analysis shows that biographical characteristics do not influence in the performance of employees through motivation; and the leadership influences significantly and positively in the performance of employees through motivation.Keywords: Biographical Characteristics, Leadership, Motivation.
The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement Sharia management on BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung in the challenge of the millennials era. This research uses qualitative research methods which describe real conditions in the field through the observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) the implementation of planning in BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung can already be said either in the field of human resources or planning in the field of finance; 2) Implementation of organizing in BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo is already based on the ability of employees, employees are led to be able to control the Internet and social media in their work; 3) Implementation of employee briefing in BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung is done by providing motivation to always work well to achieve the objectives of the company; 4) Implementation of supervision aims to minimize the misappropriation and lack of good organizational processes that take place; 5) Implementation of evaluation is conducted every one month which is done by manager to all employees, as well as an annual evaluation conducted by BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung by inviting all investors. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana menggambarkan kondisi riil di lapangan melalui obeservasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan perencanaan pada BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung sudah dapat dikatakan baik di bidang SDM atau perencanaan di bidang keuangan; 2) Pelaksanaan pengorganisasian pada BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung sudah didasarkan pada kemampuan karyawan, karyawan dituntun untuk bisa mengendalikan internet dan sosial media dalam pekerjaannya; 3) Pelaksanaan pengarahan karyawan pada BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung dilakukan dengan cara memberikan motivasi agar selalu bekerja dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan; 4) Pelaksanaan pengawasan bertujuan untuk meminimalisir adanya penyelewengan dan kurang baiknya proses organisasi yang berlangsung; 5) Pelaksanaan evaluasi dilakukan setiap satu bulan yang dilakukan oleh manager kepada seluruh karyawan, serta evaluasi tahunan yang dilakukan oleh BMT Istiqomah Karangrejo Tulungagung dengan mengundang seluruh penanam saham. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran syariah dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan pada UD. Sari Murni atau Jenang Tradisional Lasimun. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik usaha jenang tradisional Lasimun. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran syariah peneliti menemukan 5 strategi yaitu; strategi produk (product) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun memperhatikan penyajian dengan memberi varian hiasan dalam produknya serta tetap menjaga cita rasa yang khas, strategi harga (price) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun mematok harga yang terjangkau bagi para konsumennya, strategi tempat (place) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun bertempat dirumah pribadi yang tidak jauh dari pusat kota, strategi promosi (promotion) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun memanfaatkan media sosial berupa Instagram, Facebook, dan Whatsapp, orang (people) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun mempekerjakan karyawan yang bekerja disetiap bagiannya masing-masing sehingga karyawan dan pemiliknya saling bergantung satu sama lain.
This study aims to determine the effect of personality traits and Islamic work ethics on employee performance in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil guidance by PINBUK Tulungagung. Method of this research is quantitative. This research conducted by associative research with the number of subjects are 62 people. Data collection in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis and SPSS version 20 statistical program. The results of this research indicate that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, self-esteem also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT’s employees. Self-monitoring also has positive and significant results on performance. Islamic work ethics also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Locus of control, self-esteem, and self-monitoring have a greater positive and significant effect on employee performance through Islamic work ethics.
