The jobs of hospital nurses and nursing home caregivers are often associated with risks of musculoskeletal disorders. Little is known, however, about the prevalence of such problems among nurses and caregivers in Indonesia. This study aims at determining the prevalence of musculoskeletal (MS) complaints experienced by caregivers in Indonesia and identifying relevant factors contributing to this problem. Standardized Nordic Questionnaires were distributed to 121 hospital nurses and nursing home caregivers, as a means of understanding the magnitude of the problem. Results of this study demonstrated that 75% of the respondents reported MS complaints (for any body parts) in the previous year. Roughly 40 to 50% of the respondents reported MS complaints of the upper and lower back. Complaints of the shoulder, neck, and right wrist were reported by about 30 to 40% of the respondents. Compared to their colleagues in the hospital, nursing home caregivers were six to eight times more likely to experience right shoulder problems and about three to four times more likely to develop lower back problems. Other working conditions resulting in an increased chance of MS problems included age, length of employment, and shift durations. It was suspected that poor working postures and excessive effort while handling the patients were two major factors that were in need of immediate attention. The findings of this study could be used as a basis for ergonomic interventions in both medical and home care settings. Such improvements may, in the long run, result in better morale, increased productivity, and a stronger bottom line for hospital and nursing home too.
Accreditation is a government assessment for a Higher Education. Based on the regulation of the minister of education and culture of the Republic of Indonesia number 87 of 2014 article 6, the validity period of the accreditation status and ranking of accredited study programs and tertiary institutions is 5 (five) years. During this time, the institution must prepare the documents used for accreditation. In 2019, the government has implemented changes to the standard accreditation assessment criteria of an institution, the evaluation of accreditation documents refers to several documents, one of them is Study Program Performance Sheet (LKPS) which is recapitulated in an excel. This research focuses on data integration at LKPS. In the LKPS excel data there is a relationship between the data with one another. One of the data that has a relationship is data related to lecturers with tridharma activities. Given that the application of this new rule began in 2019, this research focuses on designing the concept offline, namely Database integration made using Microsoft Access. LKPS analysis results have determined that there are 30 tables of which there are 22 integrated tables and 8 tables that do not have integration.

The calculation for calories needs using physical condition of participant and food consumption in a day with Lifesum Application. Participants consisted of 40 males and 40 females. The result shows that the value of mental workloads on males and females with no different significance. But the average amount of female's work and mental workload effort is higher by 9.98 than men. More than 60% of male and female workers working from home belong to the category of heavy work seen from their calorie needs. Crash accidents on Indonesia toll road in 2019-2020 as much as 61% of accidents were a type of rear-end collision. That occurs at least two vehicles that act as crashing cars and cars in the hit, resulting in economic and social losses. There is not much research in Indonesia that discusses related to the disaster behind the run. The purpose of this review is to investigate human aspects while driving and gain potential development possible to reduce the rear-end collision. Search engine in this study is Science Direct, PubMed, Taylor & Francis Online, and IEEE. Once obtained, 826 articles carried out the process of checking, and the appropriate characteristics in this study, the result was 13 articles, further conducted a thorough review. Rear-end collision happened because of the contributions of one or all of the risk factor groups factors that have strong evidence (p < 0.001 or OR> 3), including drivers, vehicles, and the environment. This study will increase alertness to the risk factors of rear-end collision on toll roads. Future research intervention can use music, and the traffic density of the driver’s domicile provides an effect on the behavior of drivers who drive with the type of minibus vehicles.
