Background: Several new classes of glucose lowering medications have been introduced in the past two decades. Some, such as Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2s), have evidence of improved cardiovascular outcomes, while others, such as Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors (DPP4s), do not. It is therefore important to identify their uptake, in order to find ways to support the use of more effective medications. Aims: We studied the uptake of these new classes amongst patients with type 2 diabetes. Design and setting: Retrospective repeated cross-sectional analysis. We compared rates of medication uptake in Australia, Canada, England and Scotland. Method: We used primary care Electronic Medical Data on prescriptions (Canada, UK) and dispensing data (Australia) from 2012 to 2017. We included persons aged 40 years or over on at least one glucose-lowering drug class in each year of interest, excluding those on insulin only. We determined proportions of patients in each nation, for each year, on each class of medication, and on combinations of classes. Results: By 2017, data from 238,609 patients were included. The proportion of patients on sulfonylureas (SUs) decreased in three out of four nations, while metformin decreased in Canada. Use of combinations of metformin and new drug classes increased in all nations, replacing combinations involving SUs. In 2017 more patients were on DPP4s (between 19.1% and 27.6%) than on SGLT2s (between 10.1% and 15.3%). Conclusions: New drugs are displacing SUs. However, despite evidence of better outcomes, the adoption of SGLT2s lagged behind DPP4s.
Many images are spread in the virtual world of social media. With the many editing software that allows so there is no doubt that many forgery images. By forensic the image using Error Level Analysis to find out the compression ratio between the original image and the fake image, because the original image compression and fake images are different. In addition to knowing whether the image is genuine or fake can analyze the metadata of the image, but the possibility of metadata can be changed. In this case the authors apply Deep Learning to recognize images of manipulations through the dataset of a fake image and original images via Error Level Analysis on each image and supporting parameters for error rate analysis. The result of our experiment is that we get the best accuracy of training 92.2% and 88.46% validation by going through 100 epoch.
We present IndoNLI, the first human-elicited NLI dataset for Indonesian. We adapt the data collection protocol for MNLI and collect ∼18K sentence pairs annotated by crowd workers and experts. The expert-annotated data is used exclusively as a test set. It is designed to provide a challenging test-bed for Indonesian NLI by explicitly incorporating various linguistic phenomena such as numerical reasoning, structural changes, idioms, or temporal and spatial reasoning. Experiment results show that XLM-R outperforms other pretrained models in our data. The best performance on the expert-annotated data is still far below human performance (13.4% accuracy gap), suggesting that this test set is especially challenging. Furthermore, our analysis shows that our expert-annotated data is more diverse and contains fewer annotation artifacts than the crowd-annotated data. We hope this dataset can help accelerate progress in Indonesian NLP research.

Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Anak Sholeh Mandiri adalah salah satu sekolah swasta yang menerapkan pendekatan penyelenggaraan dengan memadukan pendidikan umum dan pendidikan agama menjadi satu jalinan kurikulum. Dengan pendekatan ini, semua mata pelajaran dan semua kegiatan sekolah tidak lepas dari bingkai ajaran dan pesan nilai Islam. Sebagai salah satu wujud dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi maka pada kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini akan dilakukan suatu pelatihan Elearning Dan Konten Pembelajaran Digital Untuk Guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Anak Sholeh Mandiri Banjarmasin yang bertujuan untuk melatih mengembangkan elearning dan melakukan pendampingan kepada para guru agar mereka lebih mahir dan terampil dalam menggunakan elearning yang open source (gratis), selain itu sebagai salah satu media pendukung dalam pemamfaatan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar daring di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Anak Sholeh Mandiri. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan pelatihan elearning dan konten pembelajaran digital memberikan dampak positif terhadap guru dan sangat terbantukan karena pemberian materi, pengisian kehadiran siswa, pemberian tugas, pengumpulan tugas dan penilaian semua terkelola dalam satu aplikasi dan data bisa di unduh kembali apabila diperlukan
: The rapid change and easy to use technology should be able to trigger the use of technology in MSME. However, the reality tells the different. There is only few MSMEs that already implement and use technology (social media) as their part of business strategy. Therefore, this research aim to know what is the factor that affects MSMEs attitude toward technology (social media) adoption through perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use. Researcher use individual and external factor which consist of social influence, compatibility, organizational barrier, self-efficacy, and individual proficiency. This research uses descriptive analysis and path analysis as analysis method with questionnaire as data gathering method. This research concluded that social value, compatibility and self-efficacy has significant effect toward perceived easy to use and perceived of usefulness. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, peneliti berkeinginan untuk mengetahui faktor apakah yang menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat adopsi media sosial sebagai saluran pemasaran baru bagi pelaku UMKM. Peneliti menggunakan kombinasi faktor individual dan eksternal seperti pengaruh sosial, kompatibilitas, hambatan organisasi, keyakinan-sendiri, dan kemahiran terhadap media sosial sebagai pembentuk presepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan media sosial serta niat penggunaan secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan jalur sebagai metode analisis dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa pengaruh sosial, kompatibilitas, dan keyakinan diri berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh skemata terhadap kompetensi membaca pemahaman berbasis taksonomi Ruddell dan kompetensi membaca apa saja yang sulit dicapai oleh mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa PBSI FBS UNY semester enam. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik random. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kompetensi membaca pemahaman berbentuk pilihan ganda dan instrumen skemata membaca berbentuk jawaban singkat. Uji reliabilitas untuk membaca pemahaman menggunakan program Quest (membaca pemahaman) dan Teori Respon Butir (Item Response Theory/IRT), sedangkan skemata yang berbentuk jawaban singkat dilakukan dengan uji Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariate analysis of covariance yang secara khusus hanya memperhatikan nilai F-hitung pengaruh skemata terhadap kompetensi membaca pemahaman berbasis Taksonomi Ruddell. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skemata yang secara teoretis diasumsikan mempengaruhi kompetensi membaca ternyata dalam penelitian ini tidak memiliki pengaruh. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil analisis statistik dengan uji univariate analysis of covariance diperoleh F-hitung 0,560 dengan siqnifikansi 0,457>0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh skemata terhadap kompetensi membaca berbasis Taksonomi Ruddell. Dalam taksonomi Ruddell kompetensi yang ditagihkan tidak bersifat parsial melainkan bersifat komperehensif antar kompetensi dan subkompetensi. Kompetensi membaca yang paling sulit dicapai adalah memprediksi (92,5% menjawab salah), memahami ide-ide penjelas ( 82% menjawab salah), dan memecahkan masalah (60% menjawab salah).Kata kunci: skemata, membaca pemahaman, taksonomi Ruddell THE EFFECT OF SCHEMATA ON THE READING COMPREHENSION COMPETENCIES BASED ON RUDDELL’S TAXONOMY AbstractThis study aimed to find out the effect of schemata on the reading comprehension competencies based on Ruddell’s and reading competencies that students find it difficult to acquire. The research sample comprised six semester students of PBSI FBS UNY. The sampling technique was the random sampling technique. The data were collected using a multiple choice reading comprehension test and a short answer reading schemata test.The reliability of the reading comprehension test was assessed by the Quest program and Item Response Theory and that of the reading schemata test by Cronbach’s Alpha. The data analysis used univariate analysis of covariance which specifically focused on the Fobserved value for the reading comprehension competencies based on Ruddell’s taxonomy. The results of the study showed that schemata, theoretically assumed to affect the reading competencies, had no effect on them. This was indicated by the results of the statistical analysis using univariate analysis of covariance test yielding Fobserved = 0.560 with a significance value of 0.457>0.05, showing that there was no effect of schemata on the reading competencies based on Ruddell’s taxonomy. In Ruddell’s taxonomy, the assessed competencies are not partial but they are composites of several competencies and sub-competencies. The most difficult reading competencies were predicting (92.5% answering incorrectly), understanding explanatory ideas (82% answering incorrectly), and solving problems (60% answering incorrectly). Over the hundreds of years, Islam have been growing rapidly in Turkey. Although the majority of its people are Muslims, in its development, Turkey became a republic with a secular democratic state system. In this paper will be reviewed the history of Islamic development in Turkey, including developments in the reform era that makes Turkey as it is today, the country that constructs Islam as a rational and scientific religion.The history of Turkey is divided into five periods. The first period, ie in 1299-1402, begins with the founding of the Ottoman empire. The Second Period, 1402-1566, is marked by royal restoration. The third period, 1566- 1699, was marked by the Ottoman ability to defend its territory. The fourth period, the year 1699-1838, marked degan gradually subside of the kingdom then experience more progress. The fifth period, 1839-1922, was marked by a cultural revival and Turkey became a republic, and it was no longer a system of government based on empire, dynasty, or caliphate as it had been for centuries. Mustafa Kemal established Turkey as a secular modern state based on its disappointment with the previous Caliphate system. In the latter period also called the contemporary era, although acknowledged as a secular republic, the Turkish government supports the implementation of Friday prayers in the mosque as a form of social discipline. Likewise, fasting to build patience and patience, and paying zakat encourages one's generosity, the birth of Islamic parties; moral enforcement and social justice; banning polygamy and divorce decisions must be made in court; equal rights of women and men in education, work, and in politics—in 1934 women were given the right to be nominated in national elections.
Spiritual intelligence is the internal factors that can affect a person’s mental high and low resistance. The spiritual intelligence is the ability of character and positive character. Spiritual intelligence is useful, because it enables people to realize who the real man and how people give meaning to life. The spiritual intelligence as a trigger for human to do everything that related with human values. Thus, there is a relationship between ownership spiritual intelligence and mental endurance. Someone who has a spiritual intelligence have low mental endurance is low. Low mental endurance, they indicated a potential for inappropriate behavior. Not to perform deviant behavior, then someone needs to find true happiness. They require a search for meaning, vision and value of life becomes an important aspect of human existence, (The search for meaning, vision and value is the most important aspect of being human). Although the spiritual is not identical with religiosity (religiosity), but spiritual intelligence as a human guide in life can be achieved through awareness and appreciation of true religiousness. This is to encourage people to do more humane, so it can reach the noble values that may not have been touched by the mind. Consciousness is aware of us holistically. That awareness includes awareness of human existence in the presence of the creator of universe, human beings and other creatures, awareness of human potential, awareness of human weakness that human life requires illahiyyah instructions.
