E-learning is a new learning model carried out by the government to support student learning activities during a pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach. Given the total number of students, more than 100 people, the researchers took a sample of 25% of the total population. In this research, systematic data collection uses an interview system to determine the use of e-learning-based learning models. The results of the study show that 1) the learning activities carried out by teachers through e-learning-based learning are still considered to be less than optimal, this is evidenced by the results of a questionnaire of 24.5% indicating that students' low interest in learning through the e-learning based model, 2) the calculation of the average value of student learning outcomes or the average value is 89.8. categorized as very good, 3) the results of the discussion that has been submitted show that there is no effect of e-learning-based learning on the learning outcomes of aqidah morals, the results obtained 0.221, where the significant value is smaller than the "r" table, both at the 5% level and at the 1% level.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran PAI di sekolah Inklusi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis data dengan teknik analisa kualitatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini ada empat antara lain (1) perencanaan pembelajaran PAI bagi ABK dalam settingan inklusi (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI yang beragam strategi (3) Evaluasi hasil pemeblajaran PAI(4) Kendala yang dihadapi baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI di sekolah inklusi.
Counseling guidance services in children in PAUD as assistance provided to children in developing optimal aspects of development with the aim that children become responsible and independent in solving problems. The stages of the implementation of counseling guidance services in early childhood include planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. This type of research is a type of field research or case study. And it's qualitatively deskritive. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviewing to find out the school's point of view on the implementation of counseling guidance services in early childhood education while additional data in the form of observation and documentation. The result of this study is the implementation of counseling guidance services in early childhood education n has been going well, which is illustrated from the planning that includes the identification of learners' problems through the child's personal data form. Implementation includes data collection, information, extension, placement and devaluation services. Evaluation includes conformity between the program and implementation, compliance with the program, obstacles, responses of children, teachers and parents and changes in progress in the provision of guidance also running as a whole. Follow-up includes other methods performed if an action that has been performed has not been successful. Counseling guidance services include nonprofessional counseling guidance services, because those who become counseling guidance teachers are classroom teachers appointed by the principal as BK teachers.
The purpose of this study was to test the application of the Quiz Team learning model to increase the success of Islamic Religious Education learning at Al-Fatimah Junior High School Bojonegoro. This research is quantitative. The research sample was taken from class VIII SMP Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro. Collecting data was obtained by observation, interviews, tests, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed an effect of implementing the Quiz Team learning model on increasing student learning success. The results of data analysis evidence this through testing to determine whether there is an influence between the X variable and the Y variable, then the data is processed in the product-moment “r” formula, which is finally known to have rxy = 0.601.
This research aims to investigate the role of educational institution strategy and innovation in improving the quality of education. This investigation is qualitative and descriptive by nature. According to the findings of the study, the strategy of educational institutions during the pandemic, for instance, is based on the existence of a principal-designed program. The objective of executing the program is to increase the quality of teachers in both the present and the future. These activities take the form of seminars, microteaching, and book reviews. This activity has a positive effect on the quality of teachers in school institutions, as indicated by a rise in the personality, knowledge, and social standing of each teacher, which has an effect on the learning process offered by teachers during the pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, several measures and innovations were used to enhance the quality of the institution's human resources. While the intention of this study was to determine the tactics and innovations implemented to improve the quality of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic, it also aimed to assess the effectiveness of these strategies and innovations. This research may be utilized as a guide by other institutions to improve the quality of teachers in any context or circumstance, including the present COVID-19 pandemic.
