Abstract—Corona Virus is currently spreading very rapidly in many parts of Indonesia, including Central Java Province. According to the current data of corona database in Central Java, today on 17th of August 2021, the number of confirmed cases is; Confirmed in Treatment (Active Cases): 16.344, Confirmed Recovered: 408.697, and Confirmed Dead: 29.148. Therefore, the total number of cases is 454.189, obtained from the sum of the number of being treated, recovered, and dead. Corona Virus is a collection of viruses that can infect the respiratory system, generally mild, such as common cold, although, some forms of diseases like; SARS, MERS, and COVID-19 are more deadly. In anticipating this case, the government has created some policies which include; limiting activities outside the house, having school activities done from home, working from home, and even having religious activities done from home too. The purpose of this study was to predict the possible rate of new cases in one of Central Java areas with confirmed cases of corona virus. Thus, it can be used as information material for the public to anticipate early. The research method applied in this research is problem analysis and literature study, data collection and implementation. The application of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method is expected to be able to predict the level of spread of COVID-19 in Central Java. The results of the research on testing the prediction system for the new cases level were tested in the Sragen area. Testing is carried out by taking samples for new cases, namely Kudu Regency/City, Confirmed: 17,599, Treated: 89, Recovered: 18,303, Died: 1,721, Suspected: 87 and Discarded Suspected: 1,711. After doing the prediction with K-NN algorithm, it showed the Condition: High.
LPPM UTP Surakarta merupakan lembaga yang bertugas dalam perencanaan, koordinasi, pemantauan serta melakukan penilaian dalam kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian dosen di lingkungan kampus. Namun pada saat ini, baik pengiriman dan pengelolaan administrasi masih konvensional dengan mengirimkan berkas proposal dengan datang ke lembaga. Pemberitahuan status ajuan proposal diterima untuk didanai atau tidaknya masih diinformasikan kepada fakultas masing-masing program studi, dimana terkadang informasi tidak sampai kepada pengusul proposal secara langsung. Maka untuk merangkum kegiatan pengajuan dan pengelolaan proposal tentu memerlukan sistem dengan melibatkan teknologi. Sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat LPPM berbasis web merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengelolaan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan sumber dana perguruan tinggi. Saat ini pengelolaan dana kegiatan yang bersumber dari perguruan tinggi mengacu pada ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perguruan tinggi serta proses pengelolaan seleksi proposal ini belum menggunakan sistem informasi yang mudah diakses oleh pihak terkait. Perlu adanya pengembangan sistem yang sistematis dan transparan, salah satu solusinya adalah dengan menggunakan sistem informasi pengelolaan penelitian dan pengabdian. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan pendekatan prototyping berbasis web, dimana metode ini memiliki gambaran yang jelas sebelum system masuk pada proses pengembangan diilustrasikan dengan tampilan antar muka terlebih dulu agar fungsionalitas sesuai dengan kriteria dan cepat dipahami oleh pengguna. Fitur pada sistem ini meliputi hak akses login, proses pengajuan, pengelolaan proposal dan informasi review sehingga proses status ajuan proposal bisa terpantau melalui sistem secara real time. Hasil pengujian sistem dengan blackbox testing yang dilakukan oleh 3 pengelola LPPM UTP sebagai pihak pengelola dan 2 pengembang sistem menghasilkan nilai fungsionalitas 100% menandakan hasil sesuai harapan.
Optimasi query merupakana solusi dalam permasalahan kompleknya query yang kita buat guna menghasilkan data dengan kondisi tertentu, optimasi query memberikan sebuah model pemecahan masalah dengan menggabungkan teknik-teknik yang meliputi transformasi logika serta mempresentasikan teknik tersebut dalam sebuah masalah. Semua model query yang menghasilkan (output) yang sama tetapi waktu proses yang berbedabeda. Pemecahan masalah dengan membandingkan dua bentuk algoritma yang paling banyak digunakan merupakan salah satu yang menjadi pertimbangan peneliti untuk mengetahui mana yang terbaik yang dapat digunakan pada kondisi tertentu. Hash join dan Inner join query merupakan query yang termasuk banyak digunakan untuk sebuah rancang bangun basis data. Masalah paling penting adalah bagaimana menentukan query dengan akses tercepat dari query tersebut pada sebuah basis sistem tertentu, sehingga menjadikan judul ini sebagai pertimbangan dari penulis untuk melakukan optimasi query pencarian data alumni dengan Hash Join query.

Various ways are done to increase efficiency, including utilizing conceptual resources (information) to manage the company's physical resources. This research designs a financial bookkeeping information system which is the initial stage of the development stage of an integrated information system at UD. Dewi Sri. The first step is to search and collect company profile data for company workflows. After the objects are identified and the relationship between the objects is known, the next step is to make a data flow diagram for each process. The diagram is used to create entity relationship diagrams (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and programming flows. After writing the programming language, initial testing is carried out by entering sample data. The result of this research is a computer-based financial bookkeeping information system application design that is expected to be able to be applied in companies and can be developed toward an integrated information system.
Abstract—During the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning activities were carried out online. Many learning media and software are used in online learning. One of them is the Open Source Operating System which is currently widely used in online learning systems. This makes the operating system much attention by the world of education, researchers, government organizations, individuals, even large software companies such as Google and others who are very interested in developing Open Source software, especially the Linux Operating System. This makes the authors interested in knowing how to develop an operating system based on open source software in online learning systems and disseminate the use of open source software to the public.
