Article The Effect of Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty and Employee Commitment to Leadership Style at PT Lens Portrait Mandiri. This research method uses quantitative methods, carried out using path analysis models and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The researcher used the SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool to test the hypothesis. In conducting the research, the researcher used accidental sampling as many as 100 employee respondents who worked at PT Lens Portrait Mandiri. The research instrument in this study is the validity test and the reliability test for the Outer Model (Measurement Model) and Inner Model (Structural Model) tests that are sourced from SEM PLS. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Job Satisfaction has no and no significant effect on Leadership Style; 2) Employee Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Leadership Style; 3) Employee Commitment has no and no significant effect on Leadership Style
The Management Information System, which includes Human Resources, Network, and Database, currently has a vital role in achieving the company's goals and sustainability. The information obtained will be processed into data and used for a company's decision-making. Companies engaged in the field of Media and Communication are also very closely related to the above variables, which help determine their company's sustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to understand Management Information Systems, especially Human Resources, Hardware, and Databases, to create effective, quality, and valuable information for the company. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the variables above. The results are: 1) The Role of Human Resources in Mass Media Companies, 2) Hardware in Mass Media Companies, 3) Databases in Mass Media Companies.
The Internet of Things is developing in many sectors, especially in the industrial and household sectors. Internet of Things is expected to be a new solution in carrying out daily activities, especially those that are closely related to objects or machines. The concept of the Internet of Things itself is developing smart technology into an object, with the goal of innovation that makes activities more effective and efficient. Examples of the application of the Internet of Things in the industrial and household sectors are: 1) automatic curtain closing, 2) automatic water taps, 3) automatic folding umbrellas, 4) and also automatic parking scan sensors. The research method at this time is a descriptive qualitative method, by obtaining data based on relevant previous research and developing according to the researchers' thoughts. The results of this study are: 1) Work Effectiveness is influenced by the Internet of Things; 2) Individual Behavior is influenced by the Internet of Things; and 3) Supply Chain is affected by the Internet of Things. Abstrak: Internet of Things berkembang di banyak sektor, terutama di sektor industri dan rumah tangga. Internet of Things diharapkan menjadi solusi baru dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari terutama yang berkaitan erat dengan benda atau mesin. Konsep Internet of Things sendiri yaitu mengembangkan teknologi pintar kedalam sebuah benda, dengan tujuan inovasi yang menjadikan kegiatan lebih efektif dan efisien. Contoh penerapan Internet of Things di sektor industri dan rumah tangga yaitu: 1) Penutup gorden otomatis, 2) keran air otomatis, 3) payung lipat otomatis, 4) dan juga sensor scan parkir otomatis. Metode Penelitian pada kali ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan memperoleh data berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dan mengembangkan sesuai pemikiran peneliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Efektivitas Kerja dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things; 2) Perilaku Individu dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things; dan 3) Supply Chain dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things.
This article discusses the Role of Marketing Management in the Information Industry: Corporate Image, Brand Awareness and Promotion (Case Study at PT Lensa Potret Mandiri). This study uses quantitative methods and uses IBM SPSS 27 in analyzing the data. The population in this study were 119 respondents with a total sample of 40 respondents. In determining the research sample, the researcher used a sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data obtained from questionnaires made on google form and then distributed to respondents using a Likert scale measurement scale. The tests carried out in this study are Validity and Reliability Test, T test, F test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of this study are: 1) Corporate image has a significant effect on the Role of Marketing Management partially; 2) Brand awareness has a significant effect on the Role of Marketing Management partially; 3) Promotion has an effect on the Partial Role of Marketing Management; and 4) corporate image, brand awareness, and promotion influence the role of marketing management simultaneously.
Virus Covid-19 awal kemunculan berasal dari wuhan, Hubeii, Tiongkok pada 31 desember 2019. Saat itu, dunia di hebohkan dengan video yang memperlihatkan kondisi seseorang apabila terjangkit virus covid-19, mereka mengalami kejang-kejang, tidak sadarkan diri, dan bertindak seperti zombie. Kemudian virus ini menyebarkan hampir ke seluruh dunia terinfeksi virus ini. Hingga pada akhirnya WHO menetapkan ini sebagai pandemic pada Maret 2020. Hingga 11 Oktober 2021, lebih dari 238.662.395 orang kasus telah dilaporkan diseluruh dunia, mengakibatkan lebih dari 4.867.525 orang meninggal dunia dan lebih dari 215.859.207 orang telah sembuh. Tentu, dari munculnya pandemi covid-19 ini sangat berdampak pada ekonomi dunia, merugikan industri terutama dibidang pariwisata secara global. Tentu, selain merugikan negara karena kurangnya devisa dari sektor pariwisata, dampak pandemi ini tentu akan mengubah pola kebiasaan wisatawan, baik lokal atau mancanegara. Selama berjalannya waktu, pandemi ini terus dicarikan solusi. Agar ekonomi negara dan global dapat pulih seperti semula. Salah satunya dengan pemberian dosis vaksin, kepada seluruh warga dunia. Agar aktivitas perekonomian berjalan baik, dan tentu masih harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan. Penting bagi suatu negara untuk melakukan pemulihan ekonomi dan ketahanan nasional akibat pandemi covid-19. Walaupun masih ada beberapa negara yang bertahap kembali produktif dan hidup normal, nyatanya pandemi covid-19 masih mempengaruhi aktivitas dunia, yang mendorong mereka untuk segera melakukan pemulihan ekonomi. Ada salah satu model studi yang membahas mengenai dampak lingkungan dan ekonomi akibat covid-19 di dunia yaitu Computable General Equilibrium. Artikel ini membahas Penerapan Manajemen POAC: Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Suatu studi literatur Manajemen POAC. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1)Planning berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional; 2)Organizing berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional; 3)Actuating berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional; 4) Controlling berpengaruh terhadap Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Ketahanan Nasional.
