Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) gambaran komunikasi antara orang tua dengan guru di SMK Muhammadiyah MarioriwawoKabupaten Soppeng, 2) gambaran kualitas pembelajaran IPS di SMK Muhammadiyah Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng, 3) pengaruh komunikasi orang tua dengan guru terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPS di SMK Muhammadiyah Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan statistik kuantitatif asosiatif.Variabel penelitian terdiri dari komunikasi orang tua dengan guru (variable X) dan kualitas pembelajaran (variabel Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Marioriwawoyang berjumlah 184 siswa dan ditarik sampel sebanyak 46 siswa.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Gambaran komunikasi antara orang tua dengan guru di SMK Muhammadiyah MarioriwawoKabupaten Soppeng berada pada kategori “baik”.Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Perwujudan pengaruh komunikasi orang tua dengan guru sudah baik, dikarenakan telah mampu memiliki keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, rasa positif, dan kesetaraan. Gambaran kualitas pembelajaran IPS di SMK Muhammadiyah Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng berada pada kategori “baik” hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa apabila komunikasi orang tua dengan guru baik kualitas pembelajaran IPS baik dikarenakan telah mampu memiliki Perilaku pembelajaran pendidik (guru), Perilaku dan dampak belajar peserta didik, Iklim pembelajaran, Materi pembelajaran yang berkualitas, Kualitas media pembelajaran, danSistem Pembelajaran di sekolah. Dan gambaran Pengaruh komunikasi orang tua dengan guru terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPS di SMK Muhammadiyah MarioriwawoKabupaten Soppeng berada pada kategori kuat hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa apabila komunikasi orang tua dengan guru baik kualiats pembelajaran IPS baik tapi apabila sebaliknya komunikasi orang tua dengan guru tidak berjalan dengan baik maka berpengaruh tidak baik juga pada kualitas pembelajaran.. This study aims to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of Transformational Leadership in the Age of Globalization. The research location was conducted at Bosowa University. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, FGD. Data analysis techniques use the theories of Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014). The results of the study show that the determinant factors in this study can be seen from two factors: university supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors: it has been illustrated that the Chancellor as a leader has a network that has been developed both at the local, regional, national and international levels. Furthermore, it is supported by adequate learning process facilities. So as to be able to compete with other universities in Indonesia. The inhibiting factors are the availability of limited teaching staff.
The objective of this research is to determine the administrative accountability in implementing development planning deliberation (Musrenbang) in Bone Regency. This research employed descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were library research, documentation review, field research, and online data exploration. The analysis technique was an interactive model through the data collection, data condensation, data display, and verification (conclusion) stages. The results exposed that the administrative accountability of the development planning deliberation in Bone Regency was carried out very well in terms of the planning aspect by conducting initial socialization before the Musrenbang, and constructing communication with stakeholders who have interest in formulating the preparations up to the needs that will be prepared at the Musrenbang. The organizing aspect was carried out by the Agency for Regional Development (Bappeda) which organizes the entire society to be able to participate in the Musrenbang. For this aspect of mobilizing / directing was by providing opportunities for the society to participate in Musrenbang and in the implementation of ongoing Musrenbang activities, Bappeda also directs each sub-district and society to provide all contribution on the design of development programs which needed by Bone regency, and for the aspect of supervision with the monitoring by Bappeda starting from the preparation, socialization, to the results stage of the Musrenbang.
