This study aims to analyze the relationship of situational leadership behavior with the organizational culture; the influence of situational leadership behavior and organizational culture on implementation of human resource management strategies; the effect of the implementation of the strategy of human resource management on productivity; the influence of situational leadership behavior, organizational culture and the implementation of human resource management strategies on the productivity of private vocational training institutes. While the type of research are descriptive and verificative using explanatory survey. The data collection is done using questionnaires, documentation and interviews, while the sampling technique used a Likert Summated Rating. The unit of analysis is the field of operation and delivery of training services and fields of administration. Data analysis is using path analysis. The results showed that the situational leadership behaviors significantly correlated with the organizational culture; the situational leadership behavior and organizational culture have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on the implementation of human resource management strategies in private vocational training institutions; the implementation of human resource management strategies have a significant effect on productivity improvement of private vocational training institutions; the situational leadership behavior, organizational culture and the implementation of human resource management strategy that have a significant effect simultaneously and partially to the increased productivity of private vocational training institutions in North Sumatera province.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electrical Fields, Medan. Analyzing the effect of communication on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. Analyzing the moderating role of the work environment on the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. Analyzing the moderating role of the work environment on the influence of communication on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. This type of research is associative. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. So based on a population of 150 people, the sample taken is 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires. This data will be analyzed with a quantitative approach using statistical analysis, namely the partial least square - structural inquiry model (PLS-SEM). The results showed that work leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed that Communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed that work environment moderates the influence of leadership on employee performance. The results showed that work environment moderates the effect of communication on employee performance.
This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the factors that affect the quality of information systems and the quality of supply chain management as seen from the environmental uncertainty of the organizational structure and the distribution network competence in manufacturing companies in Medan, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative and verification that aims to determine the relationship between variables through a hypothesis testing. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire aimed at functional managers of marketing managers and production managers with a Likert scale. The study uses a sampling technique through a census of the entire population as a unit of analysis as many as 206 managers spread across 103 manufacturing companies in the city of Medan. Data analysis was performed through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that environmental uncertainty, organizational structure, and distribution network competence partially and simultaneously affected the quality of supply chain management information systems in manufacturing companies.
This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on satisfaction, service quality on trust, service quality on loyalty, satisfaction on loyalty and trust on loyalty. The population in this study are all consumers who have made transactions at an Indonesian marketplace, Shopee.co.id. The number of respondents used as a sample is 300 respondents. The results showed a significant influence between variables in the four interaction effects, namely service quality on satisfaction, service quality on trust, satisfaction with loyalty, and trust in loyalty. Meanwhile the insignificant effect was service quality on loyalty, the results of the total effect calculation also showed that Trust is a mediating variable between service quality and loyalty. marketing stimuli that can be carried out include maintaining cash on delivery services to increase customer trust, optimizing customer satisfaction through service improvement, providing more organized information so that consumers are easier and more comfortable in transacting, providing a 'tracking order' stage for customers, so that customers can monitor the progress of product orders. For further research, it is hoped that it can develop more variables under study and make comparisons of other e-commerce both in Indonesia and internationally.
