Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the role of MSMEs is very strategic as it reduces unemployment and poverty in Indonesia, thus providing solutions to economic and social problems. This study analyzes efforts in rescuing MSMEs to maintain the stability of the national financial system affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature review and interviews. The interview's outcome was conducted to 100 MSMEs in Semarang City, Demak Regency and Kendal District shows the issues faced by MSMEs due to the Covid-19 pandemic are decreased sales and difficulty obtaining raw materials, business capitals and paying premises rents, also production and distribution disruption. The study concluded seven strategies for maintaining and increasing MSME sales: transforming its marketing and sales online, diverting products/services line, reallocation of the fund, hygiene, and halal assurance, providing vouchers or gift cards, accelerating asset sales, and reduction of labor. These seven scenarios are expected to encourage MSMEs to improve and develop their capacities to play the role of economic safety nets. However, the results of this study have limitations for MSMEs in areas that are still limited by internet networks, so that they have difficulty implementing digital-based marketing strategies.
<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengguna <em>Instagram </em>dalam keperluan transaksi pembelian produk dengan meliputi<em> </em>variabel persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, variabel penggunaan nyata dan variabel minat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna <em>Instagram </em>yang sudah pernah melakukan transaksi pembelian produk melalui <em>Instagram </em>di kalangan mahasiswa Kota Semarang, jumlah responden 65 Mahasiswa.</p><p>Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara langsung variabel persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh<em> </em>secara langsung terhadap penggunaan nyata dan secara tidak langsung langsung persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan<em> </em>berpengaruh<em> </em>secara langsung terhadap penggunaan nyata melalui minat menggunakan.</p><p>Data dalam Tabel 4.30 menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,517, hal ini menunjukan bahwa 51,7% variabel independen dan variabel intervening mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen. Variabel persepsi kegunaan<em>,</em> variabel kemudahan dan variabel minat mampu menjelaskan variabel penggunaan nyata, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</p>
This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing variables, online consumer reviews and beauty vloggers on purchasing decisions for Rabbani hijab products through the Shopee application. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population is taken from Generation Z who live in Semarang City who have bought Rabbani hijab products through the Shopee application. The sample of this research is 100. The technique used in sampling is probability sampling technique using simple random sampling method. data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis while for data processing using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 24 program. The results of the analysis show that: 1) content marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 2) online consumer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 3 ) beauty vlogger has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
