As a pesantren based campus,University Of Darussalam Gontor requires their student to memorize Al-Qur’an as part of learning activities. However, the facts shows the level of memorization of students has not been able to achieve the target. This media aims to help students improve the quality of memorizing Al-Qur’an with practical features in a mobile application. This media uses the takrar method which has been used since the time of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. The takrar method is used by repeating the reading 40 times each sentences. This media based on mobile android application and created using waterfall model. Testing is done in two ways, the suitability of the application with an Android devices that shows the suitability of a device measuring at least 5 inches, and the distribution of questionnaires to the examiner or Muhafidz resulted in the suitability of the functions and materials as much as 93%, and the average value of students as much as 97.3% in terms of ease of use. The results of the questionnaire indicate the suitability of the media to the user needs.
AbstrakSetiap lembaga pendidikan berbasis pesantren mewajibkan santrinya untuk mempelajari bahasa arab, salah satunya Universitas Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) Ponorogo yang kesehariannya menggunakan bahasa arab sebagai sarana komunikasi. Media pembelajaran bahasa arab ini bertujuan untuk membantu calon mahasiswa bukan alumni pesantren yang ingin bergabung menjadi mahasiswa UNIDA Gontor. Konten aplikasi diambil dari buku Durus Al-Lughah karya K.H. Imam Zarkasyi yang merupakan satu dari tiga pendiri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG) Ponorogo dan salah satu muridnya yaitu K.H. Imam Syubani, buku ini juga dipelajari santri PMDG kelas satu. Media ini berbasis mobile Android yang dibuat menggunakan langkah-langkah model Waterfall dan kontennya menerapkan metode langsung tanpa menggunakan bahasa ibu (Indonesia). Media ini merupakan pengembangan dari sebelumnya yang menggunakan metode terjemah yang memiliki kelemahan penguasaan bahasa menjadi pasif dan pencapaian pengetahuan kata-kata kurang sempurna. Pengujian dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu kesesuaian pada berbagai perangkat Android menunjukkan kesesuaian untuk perangkat berukuran minimal 4.5 inchi dan penyebaran kuisioner dengan nilai rata-rata dari seorang ahli materi pembelajaran bahasa Arab memberikan nilai 100%, seorang ahli media pembelajaran 93,34%, mahasiswa bukan alumni pesantren 90,5%, hasil penilaian dari mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (PBA) 92% dan hasil penilaian dari pengguna umum playstore (bit.ly/durusdm) mulai tanggal 1 sampai 20 Mei 2018 menghasilkan nilai 5 dari 5 (total rating tertinggi) berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil kuisioner oleh responden menunjukkan kesesuaian media dengan pengguna tingkat pemula, akan tetapi aplikasi ini hanya bersifat membantu dan tidak bisa menggantikan peran guru dan interaksi antar guru dengan murid yang sesungguhnya. Doa harian merupakan salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran yang diberikan di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan ketaqwaan dan keimanan kepada Allah SWT. Metode pembelajaran yang selama ini berlangsung masih menggunakan metode ceramah dan hafalan sehingga anak-anak cenderung bosan dan kurang tertarik dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode pembelajaran doa harian yang menarik bagi anak. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi doa harian dengan menggunakan metode gamification. Metode gamification menggunakan elemen-elemen pada game seperti poin, level, leaderboard dan reward yang berguna untuk memotivasi anak dalam belajar. Hasil dalam penelitian ini berupa game edukasi doa harian berbasis android bernama Farihan yang mempunyai dua karakter animasi 2D dan 20 pertanyaan doa didalamnya (https://bit.ly/3yM3MCi). Pengujian game ini dilakukan dengan lima cara pengujian. Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukkan pengguna sangat setuju dan mengapresiasi terhadap aplikasi yang dibangun. Oleh karenanya, dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan para pengajar dan siswa/siswi TPA dimudahkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran TPA terutama di masa pandemi. Harapan pada penelitian berikutnya dapat mengembangkan aplikasi ini berbasis iOS.
University of Darussalam Gontor already have media brochures, video profil and social media as publicity and advertising tools. But now in the area of technology 4.0, the media are rated not enough, where people need a media where they can interact directly in it. The research is aimed to build a media interaction of the campus interactive based model of three dimensions by using the technology of virtual reality. Virtual Reality is considered able to deliver information in a more effective due to its ability to reach the sense of human beings, good eyesight, hearing, and touch trough interaction in real time. Data retrieved trough the stages of observation of the building as directly as well as through taking sample of photos and videos. An android based mobile application by implementing the first-person shooter (FPS) method to its user and designed to follow the ADDIE development model. In the future, it is hoped that the VR campus tour application can be used in multiplayer to get a fun group campus tour experience.
Since the last eruption of Mt. Kelud, a surveillance has been conducted using camera to observe the crater lake and its surroundings. The key point of this observation is based on the captured haze-free images. However, these images suffer from hazy condition because of degassing. Degassing obscures the camera vision so that the observer barely maintain to keep track of lake phenomenon. Furthermore, even many dehazing techniques have been proposed to tackle this such problems, it still leaves some other problems such as oversaturation, color distortion, and halo effects. In this paper, a hybrid method is proposed. This work incorporates two the state-of-the-art visibility restoration and contrast enhancement methods which are color attenuation prior (CAP) and adaptive gamma correction (AGC). This method is separated into three different modules. They are disparity estimation (DispE) module, transmission map enhancement (TME) module, and hazy image restoration module (ImRec). The DispE module adapts the color attenuation model for its powerful depth estimation for handling outdoor image. Subsequently, the TME module is enhanced using AGC. And the last module is calculated from the modified hazy model. The experimental results are quite impressive. It is able to maintain edge and minimize image distortion qualitatively. And the fog density measured with Fog-Aware Density Estimation (FADE) estimated at 1.448.
