Learning Arabic is more dominant as a skill than a Science. The learners’ goals are able to use Arabic both spoken and written well and correctly. While HOTS is more dominant in requiring learners to think integrally. Therefore, it is important to consider the extent to which the Ministerial Regulation accommodates HOTS through a study of the basic competence of Arabic contained in it. This study is a literature review of the basic competence of Arabic in the Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) number 183 in 2019 in HOTS perspective. The object of this study is the basic competence of Arabic in KMA 183 in 2019. The result shows the basic competence of Arabic in KMA 183 in 2019 to accommodate the ability in higher order thinking such as problem solving, critical thinking, and reasoning. While the Basic Competence in KMA didn’t achieve creative thinking and decision making.

Agama yang diyakini para penduduk tidaklah hanya satu akan tetapi bermacam-macam dimana agama tersebut memiliki sejarah besar sejak proses masuknya sampai proses berkembangnya sampai sekarang.Harus kita tahu Islam adalah salah satu agama besar di dunia dengan pengikut terbanyak. Perkembangan Islam di penjuru dunia berkembang pesat sejak adanya Islam pertama kali walaupun awal mausknya sempat mengalami jatuh bangun dalam perkembanganya.Setelah wafatnya Nabi Muhammad SAW pada tahun 632 M atau 10 H, selanjutnya kepemimpinan Islam dipegang oleh para khalifah. Dibawah kepemimpinan para khalifah, agama Islam mulai disebarkan lebih luas lagi ke berbagai penjuru. Sampai abad ke-8 saja, pengaruh Islam telah menyebar ke seluruh Timur Tengah, Afrika Utara, dan Spanyol. Kemudian pada masa dinasti Ummayah pengaruh Islam mulai berkembang hingga Nusantara.Sejarahpun mencatat, kepulauan-kepulauan di Nusantara merupakan daerah-daerah yang terkenal sebagai penghasil rempah-rempah terbesar di dunia. Hal tersebut membuat banyak para pedagang dari berbagai penjuru dunia datang ke Nusantara untuk membeli rempah-rempah yang akan dijual kembali ke daerah asal mereka. Termasuk para pedagang dari Arab, Persia, dan Gujarat. Selain berdagang, para pedagang muslim yang dating ke Nusantara juga berdakwah untuk mengenalkan agama Islam kepada penduduk lokal
This research is about differences and similarities of phrase construction in Arabic and Indonesian. The approach in this paper was a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. The findings of this study revealed that some construction of the phrase structure is the same. Subordinative noun phrases are equivalent to idhafah in Arabic, Indonesian adjective phrases are similar to na'at in Arabic, Indonesian coordinative phrases are similar with athaf in Arabic and Indonesian prepositional phrases are similar to syibhul-jumlah in Arabic. However, there are differences between both languages which can be found in Idhafah in Arabic, some vocabulary cannot be called phrases in Arabic, and vice versa. Differences can also be found in the use of athaf letters in the equivalent of coordinative phrases. The differences are also found in the numeral phrases and murakkab adadi. Even taukid and tarkib majazi do not have the equivalent in Indonesian. The differences are not only due to structural aspects, but also by differences in cultural concepts and expressions. This study implies that errors can be predicted in the construction of Indonesian student phrases and the production of translations of Arabic phrases that are different from the construction of Indonesian phrases. The differences were found not only in the structure but also in differences in cultural concepts. This study shows that mistakes can be predicted from the formation of phrases and the translation of Arabic sentences that are different from the structure of Indonesian language.
<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery on reading skills, and the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students at the Islamic senior high school Amuntai. This type of research is a survey, and the approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of Class XI majoring in MIA at the Islamic senior high school 1 HSU, the Islamic senior high school 2 HSU, and the Islamic senior high school NIPA RAKHA Amuntai, totaling 240 people, and with the sampling technique 25% of the existing population as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument is documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the reading Quran ability students were in the medium a value of 53%, the vocabulary mastery students were in the medium a value of 72%, and the reading skills students were in the medium a value of 67%. While the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills was 66.3% which means that there was an effect between the reading Quran ability on reading skills students. While vocabulary mastery on reading skills was 79.4%, there was an effect. Moreover, the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students was 85.9%, which means that there is an effect between the reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: Reading Quran, Vocabulary Mastery, Reading Skills.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>
تناول هذا البحث العبارة الاصطلاحية في سورة آل عمران وهذه العبارة مزيج من كلمتين لهما معنى خاص. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل معاني الآيات التي تحتوي على العبارة الاصطلاحية في سورة آل عمران. وأما نوع البحث المستخدم في هذه الدراسة فهو البحث المكتبي من حيث إن البيانات الرئيسة مأخوذة من الآيات التي تتضمن معنى العبارة الاصطلاحية في سورة آل عمران والبيانات الثانوية من الكتب المتعلقة بهذه الدراسة مع تحليلها بتحليل المضمون بأسلوب تحليل البيانات. ونتيجة البحث تشير إلى وجود تسع وعشرين آية تتضمن معاني العبارات الاصطلاحية بحيث تنقسم هذه العبارة إلى قسمين: أولهما العبارة الاصطلاحية الكلية وهي اثنتا عشرة آية و ثانيهما العبارة الإصطلاحية الجزئية وهي سبعة عشر آيةالكلمات المفتاحية: العبارات الاصطلاحية الكلية؛ العبارة الإصطلاحية الجزئية؛ دراسة دلاليةAbstract:This research aimed at discussing the verse meanings that contained idioms in Surah Al-Imran. This idiom is defined as a combination of two words that have a special meaning. This type of research applied descriptive literature (library research) based on the Qur'an as the reference, pertinent books, and research journals, and then analyzed the meaning through semantics. The results revealed that there are twenty-nine verses in the surah Al-Imran which contain the meaning of idioms and are divided into two types of idioms: twelve verses of Kulliyah and seventeen verses of Juziyah.
Arabic is one of the seven world languages recognized by the United Nations. Besides being an international language, the existence of Arabic in Indonesia cannot be separated from the language of Religion. The entry of Arabic in Indonesia is accompanied by the presence of Islam. Arabic in Indonesia has a very important influence. As a world language, Arabic is a compulsory subject that is taught in our country starting from the Ibididaiyah level to the university level, but the results are far from what is expected. This is none other than not because the results of language acquisition in most Islamic Education institutions from elementary to tertiary level are still low. In addition, the atmosphere and tradition of Arabic speaking is very rarely found in the Education environment. Various kinds of analysis that reveal the low language ability of children, starting from the methodology to teaching materials and materials and also that are not less important are media or learning technology. Through this research the author wants to map the extent of the influence of the use of media for teaching Arabic for non-Arabs.
