Work Station, human Work Factor contains a high hazard potential so we need a preventive effort to prevent accidents and illness due to improper working posture. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship postures with complaints system muscoloskletal workers agate grinding process so that the system can meminimalisirkan complaint musculoskletal workers agate grinding. To determine the posture disorders occurring in workers then used method of REBA (Rapid EntireBody Asssessment). That is the method used to analyze the workers based on the position of the body. This method is designed to evaluate the work or activities, where such work has a tendency to cause discomfort such as fatigue in the neck, spine, arm. From the observations that have been made are not ergonomic working position. It is necessary for improvement of working methods by the company.Kata Kunci: Work Posture, Work Station, Musculoskeletal, REBA, Gems Stone.
Abstrak: Electronic Performance Management is a digital-based employee performance appraisal system. MKE contains all work plans, targets for each work unit, guidance, training, and employee performance evaluation every month. And at the end of the month, the supervisor must evaluate the results of their employee's work report. The system has also made employee salaries different from each other because they are measured by performance and target achievement. Employee achievement is a condition where the work of quality and quantity is achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The type of data used in this study is primary data and the data sources used are internal data. The population and samples studied were employees of PT Indonesia Port I Belawan Branch of Unloading Business Division (UBM), which amounted to 24 people with engineering and tool operators. Methods of data collection in the form of questionnaires and observations. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that the independent variable (electronic performance management) is able to explain the dependent variable (employee performance) of 64% and 36% influenced by other factors. The results of the t test show that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that electronic performance management has a partial effect on employee performance with a value of 6.257 ≥ 2.074. The result of a simple regression analysis of this study is that there is a positive influence between electronic performance management and employee achievement.
Penggunaan teknologi informasi merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang dibutuhkan suatu organisasi. Pengujian pada sistem informasi adalah suatu hal yang penting untuk menentukan kualitas perangkat lunak. Salah satu cara untuk menguji kualitas perangkat lunak adalah dengan menggunakan metode kinerja produk McCall, di mana item yang diuji adalah faktor Correctness, Reliability, Efficiency, Integrity, dan Usability. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Jasa Marga Cabang Palikanci yang terdiri dari 20 responden dan memuat faktor kualitas perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen laporan jalan tol berada pada level 69,0% termasuk pada kategori baik menurut skala presentase kategori faktor kualitas. Namun jika hasil dilihat dari item yang diuji, masih terdapat kekurangan pada faktor Correctness, Reliability dan Usability. Sedangkan pada faktor Efficiency dan Integrity dapat dinyatakan bahwa sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen laporan jalan tol telah memenuhi factor kualitas perangkat lunak
Kualitas menjadi faktor dasar keputusan konsumen di produk atau jasa. Akibatnya, kualitas merupakan faktor kunci yang membawa keberhasilan bisnis, pertumbuhan dan peningkatan posisi bersaing. CV Gunung Mas Medan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan keramik dengan sistem job order, dimana kualitas permukaan yang baik atau zero defect sangat diharapkan oleh konsumen. Pada keramik dengan motif White Ivory berukuran 40 x 40 cm yang diproduksi di Bagian II dengan pengambilan data yang dilakukan bulan Februari, Maret dan April pada tahun 2012 diperoleh rata-rata hasil produksi untuk KW 1 sebesar 67,83%, KW 2 sebesar 25,09% dan KW 3 sebesar 7,25%. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya proses yang kurang memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan, sehingga output yang dihasilkan tidak konsisten dan memiliki tingkat variabilitas yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas dengan menggunakan siklus DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analys, Improve and Control) dari Six Sigma. Dari penerapan metode tersebut didapatkan penurunan tingkat kegagalan yang cukup signifikan yaitu dari 57426,55 DPMO menjadi 40591,78 DPMO. Dengan perbaikan dan pengembangan sistem produksi yang telah ada masih memungkinkan dicapai nilai yang lebih baik lagi.

Mada Graha Nagata This research was carried out from July 2019 to September 2019 It was carried out at the PT. Mada Graha Nagata Tembung Deli Serdang Branch. Quantitative marketing research methods can be defined as marketing research that conveys research objectives through empirical assessment involving various numerical measurements and various analytical approaches. This type of research uses a descriptive design. The conclusions that can be drawn in this research are from the value of each attribute, the Multi-attribute Attitude Model (MAM) obtained the overall attitude value is as follows: (-28) + (-14.3) + (26 ,8) + (30.2) + (68) = 82.7. The value of 82.7 is included in the Neutral range, it can be concluded that visitors rate Neutral on the service quality of PT. Mada Graha Nagata (Izone2000).
