As an educator, the responsibilities of lecturers are demanded on three things, known as the tri dharma of higher education. A lecturer must be able to make a real contribution to students. Not only to students but also required to be able to cooperate well with the institutions where the lecturers serve. In order for the performance of a lecturer to be better, then, in this case, the educational institution can conduct a performance appraisal of the lecturers at the institute. Effective assessment is certainly needed so that the results obtained are better and more appropriate. For this reason, the writer tries to use the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) and Centroid Rank Order (ROC) methods in evaluating the performance of lecturers at STMIK Budi Darma.
Implementation of learning in class 11th MAN 1 and MAN 2 Banda Aceh City Students only get information without going through discussion activities, students who are not brave enough to express ideas or ideas, so that students are not trained in using their critical thinking skills. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' critical thinking skills through the application of the STEM-based discovery learning model to the motion system concept. The research approach used is quantitative with the type of pre-experimental research. The research design used is the one-group pretest-postest design. The population was all of 11th grade students, amounting to 292 people. The sampling technique used was a total sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 292 students. The instruments in this research were pretest and posttest multiple choice questions with reasoned. Data analysis consisted of normality test, paired sample t-test at a significant level of 0.05 and n-gain. The results of the paired sample t-test obtained tcount 48 and value (ρ.001), so it was concluded that there were differences in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students before and after learning with the application of the STEM-based discovery learning model to the motion system concept. The results of the n-gain test using the Meltzer formula showed that the gain in critical thinking skills was 0.85, so there was an increase in critical thinking skills with a high category.

Data compression is a process of converting a set of data into a form of code to save data storage requirements. Fixed Length Binary Encoding Algorithm (FLBE) uses a lossless technique that does not eliminate information at all, only representing some of the same information. The results obtained from the application of Fixed Length Binary Encoding algorithm in the process of compression and decompression include compression capacity, compression ratio and compression and decompression time. In accordance with the results of the experiments carried out, it can be seen that the data originally having a larger size can be compressed well implemented in text files.
File size or large files are not only a problem in terms of storage, but also another problem when communication between computers. During this time the health department selected the facilitators by being selected directly by the Head of Human Resources, namely giving questions to the selected facilitators about health. The problem faced by the health department in conducting selection is that it is difficult to consider the facilitator's criteria due to different criteria. This is less effective because the evaluation of these criteria influences the expected selection results. In dealing with the problem of facilitator selection conducted by the Head of Human Resources, a decision support system can be built in dealing with the problem of selection of facilitators by using the ELECTRE method. Criteria that will be used as a facilitator's assessment such as ability, experience, education, creative, and discipline. For this reason, the author expects that the application of the facilitator selection decision support system to apply the ELECTRE method can facilitate health officials in the selection of facilitators
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 5 periode dari tahun 2017-2021 dari seluruh total karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan metode observasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan Sistem pemberian motivasi yang diterapkan oleh PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Makassar Ahmad Yani Unit Perintis Kemerdekaan berupa: Motivasi langsung (Direct Motivation) Motivasi langsung merupakan motivasi yang berupa materi maupun non materi yang diberikan secara langsung kepada setiap karyawan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta kepuasannya. Jadi sifatnya khusus seperti bonus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel pemberian motivasi yang dijadikan sebagai variable penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan adalah bonus ini terlihat dari t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (5,992) yang lebih besar 3,182 sehingga bonus berpenagaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktifitas karyawan.

The results of the paired sample t-test obtained ρ .001, so it was concluded that there were differences in student learning outcomes before and after learning with the application of the STEM-based Discovery Learning model on the motion system material in Islamic Senior High School 1 and Islamic Senior High School 2 Banda Aceh City. The results of the N-gain test using the Meltzer formula, the n-gain of learning outcomes obtained is 0.50, so the increase in student learning outcomes is in the moderate category.
