Domestic violence perpetrated by individual soldiers not only harmed their families but also caused losses to the soldiers themselves both morally and materially. Proving a criminal offense, the process of investigation, prosecution, and examination in a court of law in a case of a crime of domestic violence is carried out according to the provisions of the applicable criminal procedure law. This type of research is normative law that is analyzing a decision made by combining primary data legal materials with secondary data obtained in the field with interviews. The investigation process in which the Military Police conduct an investigation of suspects with military status and refers to Law Number 31 of 1997 concerning the Military Criminal Code where eventually the case files will be submitted to military prosecutors for trial in military court. There are 4 stages in the process of resolving cases in the military court in the investigation stage, the prosecution stage, the hearing stage in the trial, the decision implementation stage. The form of criminal liability for military members who commist crimes is regulated in Article 6 of the Military Criminal Code.

Introduction: Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) is a well-known and widely used component of the healthcare system. Wet cupping therapy is one of the therapies that many people employ (hijamah). Wet cupping therapy (hijamah) is becoming increasingly popular and widely employed in today's society. The public's understanding and perception of cupping therapy, on the other hand, is unknown. This study describes public knowledge and perceptions of cupping therapy (hijamah) in Kalirandu.Method: In this study, using a cross-sectional approach. The sample was 62 people with purposive sampling stress, which is a sampling technique with specific considerations. This study used a questionnaire of knowledge and perceptions of the people.Results: The results of this study indicate that the level of public knowledge regarding cupping (hijamah) is low as many as 41 people (66.1%), and the level of knowledge is moderate as many as 21 people (33.9%). An overview of the medium category of community perceptions of cupping (hijamah) is 49 people (79.0%), for the good perception of 12 people (19.4%), and the last for a bad perception of 1 person (1.6 %).Conclusions: This study indicates that the knowledge and perception of the public about cupping therapy need to improve.
Artikel ini mengkaji pemikiran al-Ghazali dalam menanamkan nilai religius kepada peserta didik. Metode ini bisa menjadi rol model untuk diimplementasikan dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Peserta didik harus menjadi fokus utama dalam perubahan bangsa ke depan. Merekalah yang akan meneruskan perjuangan para pendahulu dalam memajukan Indonesia. Internalisasi nilai religius menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menyiapkan generasi milenial ke depan. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah library research yang difokuskan mencari metode apa saja yang bisa diterapkan untuk internalisasi nilai religius kepada peserta didik. Hasilnya ada beberapa metode yang bisa diimplementasikan kepada peserta didik guna internalisasi nilai religius; Pertama, langkah perencanaan penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada pesera didik. Kedua, pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai religius pada pesera didik. Ketiga, melalui kegiatan Intrakurikuler disesuaikan dengan visi, misi dan tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Keempat, melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Kelima, menanamkan nilai kejujuran. Keenam, menanamkan nilai toleransi. Ketujuh, menanamkan nilai kedisiplinan. Kedelapan, menanamankan nilai peduli lingkungan. Kesembilan, menanamkan nilai peduli sosial. Kesepuluh, penanaman nilai tanggungjawab.
The development and refinement of the concept of character education between characters continue to interact and reinforce each other. This study aims to describe the idea of character education between Khalid Bin Hamid Al-Hazami and Hasyim Ali Al-Ahdal. They are both Muslim leaders and developed the concept of Islamic character education. The research methodology was carried out by taking primary data from books written by the two figures, then translating and interpreting by strengthening the thoughts of various other figures. The findings of this study are several factors that influence the formation of Islamic character, the purpose of forming Islamic character to the values contained in Islamic character. There are three stages in the cultivation of Islamic character education. First, instill in the students' hearts the burden of law from God.
