Objetivo: Apresentar com base na literatura científica o diagnóstico da Síndrome HELLP na Atenção Básica e como a enfermagem está inserida nesse contexto. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Banco de Dados em Enfermagem (BDENF) e Google Scholar, foram utilizados artigos publicados no período entre 2018 e 2022 e escritos na língua portuguesa. Resultados: Foram encontrados 1.036 artigos no total, após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionados 11 artigos, sendo 1 artigos na LILACS, 0 na SCIELO, 2 na BDENF e 8 no Google Acadêmico, após criteriosa dos resultados a seleção das informações foi feita de forma descritiva e predispôs a etapa de extração dos dados: autor / ano de publicação, título / base de dados e objetivo geral. Conclusão: Portanto, em conformidade com os achados na literatura, a Síndrome HELLP representa um grave problema na gestação principalmente por estar associada a pré-eclâmpsia e eclâmpsia, que juntas as três são complicações que acarretam em risco para mãe e bebê. Onde percebe-se que o enfermeiro da atenção básica possui grande responsabilidade no diagnostico dessa síndrome, sendo fundamental ter conhecimento da mesma e saber como agir.
Introdução: A tuberculose é uma doença infectocontagiosa, considerada como um grande problema de saúde pública no Brasil e no mundo. Objetivos: Avaliar o índice de mortalidade por tuberculose no estado de Pernambuco nos últimos dez anos. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, retrospectiva, baseada em dados secundários extraídos do Sistema de Informação de Mortalidade (SIM) dos últimos nove anos. Resultados: Observou-se que o Nordeste lidera o número de óbitos, com destaque para Pernambuco que representa o estado com maior índice de mortalidade por essa patologia. Conclusão: O estado de Pernambuco precisa avançar no que diz respeito à promoção e prevenção de agravos, são necessárias orientações claras e objetivas, sensibilização da população como responsável por sua saúde, busca ativa, diagnóstico e tratamento.

A Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida é considerada um problema de saúde pública no Brasil e no mundo, é uma doença de etiologia viral tendo como agente o Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana (HIV), é uma doença crônica que acomete o sistema imunológico do indivíduo, mais precisamente as células TCD4 o que deixa a pessoa mais susceptível a doenças consideradas como oportunistas, podendo evoluir ao óbito. Objetivou-se com essa pesquisa analisar a incidência da mortalidade causada pelo HIV/Aids no estado de Pernambuco do ano de 2010 a 2019 e o perfil sociodemográfico da população acometida, tendo como variáveis, o sexo, estado civil, faixa etária e escolaridade. Trata-se de um estudo transversal de caráter retrospectivo, baseado em dados secundários disponibilizados pelo Sistema de Informação de Mortalidade. Pernambuco registrou um número de óbitos significativo, tendo uma maior incidência no sexo masculino, os solteiros e os jovens considerados como população economicamente ativa foram os que registraram o maior número de óbitos seguidos dos indivíduos que apresentaram um menor grau de escolaridade. É importante intensificar as políticas públicas no que desrespeito a conscientização de como se dá a transmissão do HIV/Aids, sua prevenção e aumentar a demanda de testagem com o intuito de ter um diagnóstico precoce e consequentemente o tratamento para dessa forma se obter uma redução do número de óbitos.
