Проблема исследования заключается в отсутствии данных о методах контроля организма спортсменов-подростков, занимающихся кикбоксингом, и критериях оценки состояния систем организма в период тактико-технической подготовки. Форсирование спортивной подготовки и интенсификация тренировочных нагрузок нередко приводят к негативным последствиям, хотя указанный процесс должен выполнять развивающую функцию. Контролю функционального состояния в процессе подготовки спортсменов-единоборцев посвящен ряд работ, однако отсутствует обоснование использования тех или иных параметров функционального состояния, а также исследуемых систем в зависимости от вида спорта, этапа в годичном цикле и многолетней подготовке. В связи с этим остается открытым вопрос, какие системы следует изучать и использовать параметры в процессе контроля функционального состояния подростков, занимающихся кикбоксингом. В результате проведенного исследования было выявлено, что к наиболее значимым параметрам контроля функционального состояния спортсменов 12-13 лет, занимающихся кикбоксингом, следует отнести показатели сердечно-сосудистой системы (частота сердечных сокращений в покое и при выполнении комплексного теста, артериальное давление и индекс Робинсона), координационные, психомоторные и когнитивные способности). Спортсмены, удачно выступающие на соревнованиях, имеют более высокие показатели координации и психомоторики, следовательно, спортивную результативность можно прогнозировать по динамике координационной и психомоторной подготовленности и вносить соответствующие коррекционные мероприятия для их улучшения.
