Cet article propose une approche anthropologique des genres musicaux qui se constituent à partir des festivals de musique. Nous avons pour but de démontrer que l’idée de « genre musical » ne peut pas être prise comme vibrant v.8 n.1 fernanda marcon catégorie d’analyse isolée et déconnectée des contextes de production et de réception, notamment les médias - la radio, la télévision et l’internet - et nous allons donc analyser, en l’occurrence, les concours musicaux. Le rapport entre la formation des genres musicaux et l’émergence des festivals sera analysé à partir de la comparaison entre deux modèles au Brésil : les festivals de MPB, réalisé dans les années 1960 et les festivals de musique nativiste - qui surgissent dans les années 1970 et qui sont encore aujourd’hui organisés dans le sud du Brésil. L’analyse de ces événements montre la façon dont leur dynamique particulière engendre des formes de composition, d’exécution et d’audition spécifiques qui déterminent les signifiés véhiculés par les genres musicaux.
Nos últimos anos, chama a atenção o número de migrantes que têm buscado no Brasil oportunidades para uma vida mais digna. Não obstante, por meio da lei nº 6.815/1980 (Estatuto do estrangeiro), mantinha-se, até pouco tempo, uma política migratória nacional defasada e restritiva, que fomentava a imigração irregular e, por conseguinte, a informalidade das relações de trabalho e a escravidão moderna. Por tais razões, este artigo visa analisar as modificações trazidas pela lei nº 13.445/2017, a fim de verificar se esta oferece maior proteção legal à dignidade do trabalhador imigrante em comparação à norma anterior. Para tanto, com abordagem qualitativa e dedutiva, foi realizada, com base em pesquisa bibliográfica e documentos em meio digital, uma reflexão acerca da situação jurídica e social do trabalhador imigrante no Brasil, considerando sua vulnerabilidade histórica. Concluiu-se que a nova lei apresenta avanços por meio de uma mudança de paradigma no sentido dos direitos humanos, mas ainda é necessário evoluir em termos socioculturais para que, efetivamente, consolide-se um ambiente mais inclusivo e pratique-se tratamento igualitário ao trabalhador imigrante.
