Zusammenfassung
In einem Gruppenfütterungsversuch mit 22 schwarzbunten Kühen, die eine Durchschnittsleistung von 19 kg Milch mit 4,48% Fett aufzuweisen hatten, wurde ein Kraftfuttergemisch mit einem Anteil von 25% Rapsschrot verfüttert, von dem die Tiere im Tagesdurchschnitt etwa 5 kg mit einer Menge von etwa 1,25 kg Rapsschrot verzehrten. Die Kühe nahmen dieses Futtergemisch mit bestem Appetit auf. Die Milchmengenleistung war während der Zeit der Rapsschrotfütterung sogar um eine kleine, allerdings statistisch hoch gesicherte Menge größer, während sich kein ungünstiger Einfluß auf den Fettgehalt der Milch bemerkbar machte.
Bei Deutung von Fütterungsversuchen, mit denen man den Einfluß auf den Fettgehalt der Milch überprüfen will, ist ein möglicher automatischer Einfluß unterschiedlicher Milchmengenleistungen auf die Fettgehaltsveränderungen mit Hilfe der Kovarianzanalyse auszuschalten.
Rapsschrot ist als ein sehr wertvolles Milchviehfutter anzusehen, das vor allem auch deswegen besonders zu beachten ist, weil es die StE durchweg billiger liefert als andere Futtermittel.
