The hemangioma of the glans is the benign vascular tumor. We report the case of a glans hemangioma revealed under a circumcision. 4-year-old boy, presented for asymptomatic papular angiomatous lesions of the glans discovered by the parents at the time of a circumcision. Doppler ultrasound of the glans showed a tissular hypervascularized lesion. The skin biopsy showed an hemangioma. The decision was a therapeutic abstention. The positive diagnosis of the glans hemangioma is clinical. Cutaneous biopsy is useless. Therapeutic abstention is often proposed because of the asymptomatic nature of the lesion.
Cellular neurothecoma is a benign skin tumor. We report a new observation in a child. A 12-year-old patient presented in our department for an asymptomatic nodular lesion of the left sternocleidomastoid region that had been evolving for two years. The skin biopsy showed a cellular neurothecoma. Surgical excision was performed. Cellular neurothecoma is an entity that deserves to be known in order to distinguish it from the main differential diagnosis in the child which is the Spitz nevus.
