The production of greenhouse crops is one of the most modern techniques currently used in agricultural production. Crop rotation is an agricultural practice to increase the productivity of the land and optimize the use of resources by alternating different types of crops in the same soil. The project called "Expert System for the rotation of crops in a greenhouse" was developed with the aim of making the decision of the type of suitable crop to be planted in the "San Sebastian" greenhouse. Since the risk of production loss is considerably reduced , so that it helps the producer to know which is the suitable crop to sow according to the experience of an agricultural expert; using physical sensors, the registration of ambient and humidity temperatures is obtained in real time; the software was developed by the prototype model.
Currently, the use of mobile applications is of utmost importance, since it allows the availability of information at all times. The mobile application described in this article was made to follow up on the Requests for Access to Information and is part of a web system, with which an internal control of the Requests for Access to Information that are sent to the Dependencies, Entities, Auxiliary Bodies and Trusts of the State Public Administration. The application will attend to the requests and thus, the times of attention to them are met within the terms established by the Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information for the State of Oaxaca (LGTAIPO). The mobile application allows the monitoring of information requests received, shows the status in which they are through a colored traffic light, meetings can be scheduled, allows the registration of the user's profile, and, has an internal chat so that dependencies can communicate with each other and send notifications. The development methodology used for this project was Extreme Programming using the Dart programming language.
Currently, mobile applications have increased their use in all areas of daily life. Among other things, the above is due to the ease in the exchange of information. The Institute Technologic de Oaxaca proposes a mobile application that complements the Virtual Environment Platform for Professor Training. This application allows the connection with the platform, enter the course where the user is registered; and in this way, the user receives notifications of important dates such as dates of delivery of tasks and activities. The above is possible, since the application links directly to the Google calendar. With these functions, as an extension of the virtual platform, it facilitates the course participant to develop the activities in a timely manner. The application is developed based on incremental model.
Educational platforms are tools that facilitate the teaching learning process. The LMS platforms: Edmodo, Schollogy and Moodle complement this process between students and professors. The use of these platforms was analyzed at the Technological Institute of Oaxaca, with the participation of students from the following careers: Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Business Management Engineer, Computer Systems Engineer, Bachelor of Administration and professors; all of them agree with that the most used platform is Moodle. One of the main objective is identify and classify the LMS used by students of the semesters: second, fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth, as well as teachers during the period January-June 2019. In addition, it was analyzed the use of LMS and the percentage of students and professors who use the platform as a teaching-learning strategy is determined. For the analysis of the use of LMS in the Technological Institute of Oaxaca, the methodology that was considered consists in the next phases: problem statement, definition of objective, elaboration of the theoretical framework, elaboration and analysis of surveys, process design and conclusions.
In accordance with the calls for proposals for technological development and innovation and scientific research projects, issued by the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TecNM), each campus belonging to the TecNM must carry out the management of the projects that are authorized in each period in order to have timely information on the status of each project in terms of progress, application of resources, goals achieved, etc. Based on these needs in the Technological Institute of Oaxaca, specifically in the Coordination of the Division of Postgraduate Studies and Research, the need to have a web tool that supports said project management becomes clear. The objective of this web tool is precisely the management, control and monitoring of the stages, advances, items and sub-items of the research project financing, based on the periods established by the TecNM, maintaining effective communication between the institutional coordinator and the project leader through notifications. The agile extreme programming model, JavaScript and the Express framework were used in the development of the software.
