La educación es un derecho de las personas a lo largo de su vida, es por este motivo que el Ministerio de Educación a través de los años ha implementado diversos proyectos de estudio, como el Proyecto EBJA (Educación Básica para Jóvenes y Adultos) y dentro de este La Campaña denominada “Todos ABC”, la misma que busca erradicar el analfabetismo puro, funcional y digital, y apoyar los procesos de post-alfabetización (2do EGB a 7mo EGB) y educación permanente para personas adultas, y la superación del rezago educativo. El estudio sobre La Campaña Todos ABC: una solución al rezago educativo para jóvenes y adultos con escolaridad inconclusa tiene por objetivo analizar los factores por el cual los estudiantes abandonaron las aulas de clase, a partir de aquello motivar a la superación personal a través de este tipo de programas para el retorno de ellos a culminar sus estudios ya sean a nivel de básica y bachillerato. El enfoque metodológico de la investigación mixta; permitió explorar, describir, comprender e interpretar la información que se recopiló a través de la encuesta que se aplicó a los actores o involucrados de la Zona 3 ubicada en la Provincia de Cotopaxi. Los resultados obtenidos fueron positivos, se está logrando una formación integral en los participantes cumple con los ejes educativos de aprender a aprender (Cognitivo), aprender a hacer (Procedimental), aprender a ser (Actitudinal); en relación a las conclusiones se puede indicar que los estudiantes han vencido las adversidades de ubicación geográfica, desempleo, inestabilidad económica y se han inscrito en la Campaña y están en marcha sus objetivos de finalizar con éxito sus estudios que retomaron luego de haberlo abandonado por varios años.
La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de eficiencia de la metodología b-learning como estrategia pedagógica extracurricular; en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de matemáticas de los estudiantes de bachillerato internacional; con la intención de ejecutar el plan de continuidad del aprendizaje en línea que ante la pandemia COVID-19 la Organización del Bachillerato Internacional lo establece. Ante esta situación, se propone desarrollar una propuesta de intervención en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de Matemáticas, a través de la metodología b-learning y puesto a prueba en un diseño pre-experimental con 29 estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato que cursan el programa del diploma del bachillerato internacional en Análisis y Enfoques NM (Nivel Medio) en las especialidades de Ingeniería y Administración, que son sujetos después de un diagnóstico a la intervención educativa mediante el b-learning para obtener resultados que permitan evaluar si evidentemente existe un aumento en el rendimiento académico entre la prueba pre y la prueba post para un mismo grupo. Se aplica la prueba de normalidad de Shapiro-Wilk y la prueba estadística no paramétrica de Wilcoxon para comparar sus medianas, el promedio del pretest es de 3,5 mientras que la del postest es de 7. En consecuencia, se identifica que el p-valor es menor o igual a 0,05; por lo tanto, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa. Se asevera de esta manera que hay cambios significativos respecto a que la metodología b-learning como estrategia pedagógica extracurricular, refuerza el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de Matemáticas en estudiantes de bachillerato internacional.
