RESUMENLas teorías feministas y el posestructuralismo se han unido en una propuesta paradigmática que puede ser usada en la investigación en enfermería. La teoría feminista posestructuralista ha desarrollado una metodología participativa en la cual las experiencias de las mujeres son visibilizadas con énfasis en su emancipación para un cambio social. La enfermería sudamericana puede beneficiarse de esta propuesta, sin embargo debe considerar sus limitaciones y desafíos de su uso en la investigación de enfermería.Palabras clave: Paradigma emancipador, metodología posestructuralista, investigación en enfermería.
ABSTRACTBy merging poststructuralist and feminist theories a new paradigmatic methodology for using in nursing researcher is proposed. From this merger, poststructuralist feminist theory has developed participatory methodologies in which women's experiences are visible, encouraging emancipation for social change. South American Nursing can benefit from this proposition, however, some limitations and challenges must be considered in its use in nursing research.

The Global Digital Health Strategy emphasizes digital health workforce development to reach a sustainable health system. In Chile, a digital health capability framework to support the transition towards digital health and workforce development is still missing. A survey will be applied at a national level. The Development of a Chilean Nursing Digital Health Capability Framework will identify the capabilities of nurses in digital health innovation and improve the quality and safety of healthcare nationwide.
