This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial leadership on the innovation performance of SMEs. The method of data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to 50 respondents of UKM Kraf in Samarinda and Tenggarong for then the data was processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on the innovation performance of SMEs, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on organizational ambidexterity, entrepreneurial leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational ambidexterity, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation, but not significant impact on innovation performance. Organizational ambidexterity as an intervening has a positive and significant impact on the innovation performance of SMEs.
Grand Sawit Hotel Is a hotel with sharia management located in Samarinda, with various facilities that meet the classification and qualifications (DSN-MUI). One of the adequate facilities for guest satisfaction is a restaurant, which provides food and drinks that guest need. The author's research aimed to find halal certification on the joy of guests who visited the Grand Sawit Hotel Restaurant Samarinda. The methodology used by the author in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t-test or known as partial test and f test or known as a simultaneous test. The F test proves that hygiene of sanitation simultaneously has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, and on the t-test or partially the halal product variable has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the sanitation hygiene variable has a value of 0.001 <0.05. Partially and simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence on guest satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.209 explains that the independent variable can influence the dependent variable by 20.9%. The last conclusion was that 79.1% were defined by various other variables outside of the research carried out.
Workshop activity has to follow the regulation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in order to minimalize accident at the workplace. Every worker must put on Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to prevent him/herself from hazards in the workshop. Some PPE are helmet, protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, etc. However, Muslim women, who work on the workshop, have a problem because there is no certain safety hijab for the PPE standardized. This research aims to analyze the criteria of safety hijab design used for the part of PPE. The data were collected using Kansei Method, i.e. designing preliminary research, compiling Kansei words, drafting Semantic Differential (SD) questionnaire, distributing the SD I questionnaire, conducting statistics analysis I, collecting product sample, developing design based on customers' preferences. From the collecting data result, it could be concluded that the Kansei words for safety hijab were the ergonomic factors and syar'i factors.
