This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and employees commitment at the Indonesia Open University. The methode used was survey. The data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 269 employees at UT using stratified random sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to test hypotheses using SmartPLS software. The result shows that organizational climate does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. However, organizational climate has a significant effect on employees commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan di Universitas Terbuka Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 269 karyawan di UT menggunakan stratified random sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan.
Objective – This paper examines the business strategy at cut flower area. The need for cut flowers, especially chrysanthemums, is very large. The farmers of cut flowers are concentrated in Java, namely Malang, Bandungan, Yogyakarta and Cianjur in West Java. Methodology/Technique – In this study the object is in Bandungan, Semarang area. With large market conditions, it is possible for cut flower farmers to plant various varieties of chrysanthemum that the market likes. In order to fulfil the market prospect that is still wide open, chrysanthemum cut flower farmers must have business strategies that are able to provide guidance on the business being run. Production activities will develop and have an impact on farmers if supported by organizational policies that not only manage internal activities but are also able to face challenges from a dynamic external environment. Findings & Novelty – The SWOT analysis were used at this research. The strategies that should be created are increasing cooperation, maintaining networks, and expanding marketing. The need for cut flowers especially chrysanthemums flowers in Indonesia is very large. This study aims to identify and examine the internal and external factors of the development of chrysanthemum agribusiness in Bandungan Village and to determine the priority of appropriate agribusiness strategies based on the farmer’s needs. This study is descriptive analysis research with a sample of 45 Chrysanthemum farmers. Using SWOT analysis, we found the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat for the farmers and we could design alternative business strategies. Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) is used to identify and evaluate the key internal factors of the company, while External Strategic Factor Analysis (EFAS) is used to organize external strategic factors into generally accepted categories of opportunities and threats. Meanwhile, IE matrix is used to define the business strategy at the company level with greater details. The results suggest that the farmers should strengthen the internal conditions of the farmer groups, improve the production of chrysanthemum flower, and maximize the use of production facilities and equipment, These findings imply that production activities will develop and have a positive impact on farmers if supported by organizational policies that not only manage internal activities but are also able to face challenges of a dynamic external environment. Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that become a stressor to stress the work and employee performance and to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance. This research was conducted on the employee group III at 5 (five) units which are under Sekretariatan General of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The analytical method used path analysis using SEM analysis tools SmartPLS. The sample used in the study amounted to 150 respondents. The results showed that the lack of authority in order to carry out the responsibilities of being a major factor in generating stress (stressors) whereas the difficulty to get along with superiors, they cause work stress. While taking risks and thinking hard to always be able to work with either a major factor in improving employee performance. Stressor in the office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance significantly positive effect on employee stress, while in the office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance stressor does not significantly affect the employee performance and job stress did not significantly affect performance.Key words: stressor, stress, employee performance Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi stressor terhadap stress kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan RI. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan golongan III pada 5 (lima) unit yang berada di bawah Sekretariatan Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan alat analisis SEM SmartPLS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekurangan wewenang untuk bisa melaksanakan tanggung jawab menjadi faktor utama dalam pembangkit stress (Stressor) sedangkan kesulitan bergaul dengan atasan menjadi faktor penyebab stress kerja. Sementara mengambil resiko dan berpikir keras untuk selalu dapat bekerja dengan baik menjadi faktor utama meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Stressor di kantor Sekjen Kemenkeu berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan, sedangkan stressor di kantor Sekjen Kemenkeu tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja.Kata kunci: stressor, stress kerja, kinerja karyawan PENDAHULUANTujuan dan harapan karyawan terhadap perusahaan seringkali terjadi kesenjangan (gap) dengan realita yang ada.
