This study examines the impact of organizational justice and self-efficacy on teachers’ performance in Indonesia and the role of internal motivation. Using path analysis, the findings indicate that both organizational justice and self-efficacy can affect teacher performance and correlate with internal motivation. Additionally, internal motivation plays a role as a partial mediating relationship between organizational justice and teacher performance, as well as mediating self-efficacy and teacher’s performance.
This study aimed to clarify the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on lecturers' performance. The population of the study is the lecturers of the Muhammadiyah University throughout East Java namely 1881 people, with random sampling it was obtained a sample of 200 people. For collecting data, questionnaires and interviews were used. Data analysis techniques applied SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the use of AMOS software. The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture has positive and significant effect on lecturers' job satisfaction (2) Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on lecturers' performance (3) Organizational culture has positive and significant impact on lecturers' performance (4) Organizational culture has positive and significant effect to lecturers' performance through job satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on staff turnover rates. The study population was drawn from employees of government commercial banks in East Java, Indonesia. With multi-stage sampling techniques, a research sample of 600 people was obtained. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The findings of the study prove that job stress has a positive and significant effect directly or indirectly on job satisfaction.

There have been a number of studies into the effect of lecturer competency on student satisfaction, however the certainty of the relationship between variables is still unclear. The increasing number of students enrolling in universities should be balanced by provision of good-quality teaching to enhance students’ satisfaction. The aim of the study is to examine the effect of lecturers’ competency on students’ satisfaction directly or indirectly through perceived teaching quality. Path analysis are used to analyze data from 180 lecturers and 600 students from 6 public and private universities in East Java, Indonesia. The main findings of the study are firstly that the lecturers’ competency exerts a positive and significant direct effect on perceived teaching quality, secondly that there is a significant positive direct correlation between perceived teaching quality and students’ satisfaction, and thirdly that there is a significant positive indirect effect the between lecturers’ competency and students’ satisfaction through perceived teaching quality.

The research objective is to find out The Model of Entrepreneurship Training, Mentoring and Bookkeeping Fostering for furniture craftsmen in Pasuruan regency and municipality, Indonesia. With purposive technique, there was research sample of 100 furniture craftmen in Pasuruan regency and municipality; the data collection method applied questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The procedure of model development used Borg and Gall (1983) as following: Research and collection of information, Planning, Initial Product Development (models draft), Initial Tests, Products Revision, Limited Field Trials, Product Revision, Field Trials, Revision of the Final Product, Model Implementation. Data analysis technique applied descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research is a model of entrepreneurship training, mentoring and bookkeeping fostering for furniture craftsmen, which are arranged in the form of textbooks, containin guidelines for training, mentoring and bookkeeping simple guidelines for furniture craftsmen.
