Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la importancia de la formación y el entrenamiento en la UCI durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una revisión bibliográfica que incluyó estudios publicados en los últimos cinco años, preferentemente. La metodología de la revisión bibliográfica se basó en la búsqueda sistemática de artículos en bases de datos electrónicas, utilizando palabras clave específicas relacionadas con la formación y el entrenamiento en la UCI durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Los principales resultados obtenidos señalan que la formación y el entrenamiento son fundamentales para garantizar la calidad del cuidado en la UCI durante la pandemia de COVID-19. La formación adecuada de los profesionales de la salud es esencial para manejar la carga de trabajo adicional y el aumento de los pacientes con COVID-19 que llegan a las UCI. El entrenamiento práctico es crucial para adquirir habilidades técnicas, como el manejo de equipos médicos y la administración de medicamentos. Además, se destaca la importancia de la capacitación en habilidades de liderazgo durante la pandemia de COVID-19 y que los líderes de la UCI deben estar preparados para liderar y apoyar a su equipo en tiempos de incertidumbre y cambio.
Objective: To conduct a study about the theme "right to health" from the thought of Michel Foucault. Method:Reflective analysis of research dealing with the issues included on the right to health articulating them with the thought of the philosopher Michel Foucault. Results:It was observed the articulation of the right to health in relation to Foucault's thought regarding the biopolitics of health, knowledge, power and subjectivity as inseparable intances. These instances have to do with the culture and the "care of oneself" in the work. Conclusion:Studies about the right to health allow a better execution and enhancement of subjective and social dimension in health practices and a critical analysis work of the thought about the right to health and the care of onself.
En respuesta a la pandemia de COVID-19, la educación en enfermería ha tenido que adaptarse a la modalidad en línea e híbrida. En este artículo de revisión bibliográfica, se examinaron las experiencias y desafíos de estudiantes y docentes en esta transición. Los resultados revelaron que la falta de interacción social, el acceso limitado a la tecnología, la falta de práctica clínica y la falta de habilidades tecnológicas fueron los principales desafíos para estudiantes y docentes en la educación en enfermería en línea y en modalidad híbrida. Además, la motivación y la estrategia de enseñanza efectiva se identificaron como factores críticos para mejorar la experiencia de aprendizaje en línea y en modalidad híbrida. Los docentes deben considerar la importancia de utilizar estrategias de enseñanza efectivas, incluyendo recursos multimedia, herramientas de colaboración en línea, retroalimentación formativa, aprendizaje activo y gamificación para mejorar la experiencia de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en la modalidad en línea y en modalidad híbrida.
Introducción: La salud materna prioridad en la salud mundial, busca reducir los altos índices de morbi-mortalidad en la etapa perinatal de la mujer. A pesar de los logros alcanzados en su reducción, es necesario seguir trabajando en la mejora del cuidado en los servicios de salud. Objetivos: Describir y analizar el significado del cuidado de enfermería para la mujer hospitalizada con complicaciones obstétricas. Métodos: Investigación cualitativa descriptiva-exploratoria, se aplicó entrevistas a profundidad, referencial teórico de Jean Watson y Kristen Swanson. Participaron nueve mujeres con complicaciones obstétricas hospitalizadas, muestreo por saturación de testimonio. Se codificó y categorizó. Resultados: La categoría central “significado del cuidado de enfermería para la mujer hospitalizada con complicaciones obstétricas” fue definida a partir de tres categorías y cinco subcategorías: 1) Asistencia procedimental: 2) Posibilitando el autocuidado: a) Educación e b) Información y reporte, y 3) Actitudes del cuidado: a) Ayuda y aliento, b) Generación de confianza y c) Compañía y dedicación. Conclusiones: El significado que las mujeres dan al cuidado de enfermería, prioriza las acciones procedimentales y la educación; si bien emerge la parte relacional como una categoría, esta no siempre es positiva.
