The Ministry of Social Affairs of Indonesia cooperates with the State Bank Association implemented the electronic program of Warung Gotong Royong KUBE PKH (e-Warong KUBE PKH) as a community business served as an agent managed and owned by beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan/PKH) using non-cash transactions, most of small stall (warung) are located in a narrow alley in urban areas, but this program has not yet given a significant income generating for their members. The research objective was to describe the ability of e-warong to develop business. The research method used a qualitative approach by collecting data through a Focus Group Discussion which was attended by informants from e-warong actors, social advisor and Social Service Board representatives in the cities of Bekasi, Bandung, Banjar and Tasikmalaya, West Java Province. The results showed that e-warong operated mostly when only the distribution of Non-Cash Food Assistance (Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai/BPNT), and business development in the form of e-commerce (electricity payments, health insurance, mobile phone pulses etc.) did not work because the e-warong actors not yet familiar with business development in the digital era priority for distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products (goods and services) by utilizing telecommunications networks such as the internet, television or other computer networks. The conclusion refer to utilize the facilities and infrastructure owned by e-warong for business development not only to improve e-commerce activities but also to run a waste bank for economic and social empowerment.
Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Warnasari yang berdasarkan observasi tersebut mempunyai potensi di sektor perkebunan kopi. Mitra pelaku usaha pengolahan kopi menghasilkan biji kopi (cery) yang diolah secara basah. Permasalahan yang ditemukan terbatasnya jumlah peralatan dalam proses produksi (mesin pengolah kopi), jenis produk terbatas, pengolahan sampai dengan biji kopi (cery), terbatasnya skill pegawai dalam pemanfaatan dan penggunaan peralatan proses produksi, tidak memiliki dan tidak memahami penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta keterbatasan memasarkan produk kopi (konsumen langsung). Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha (wirausaha) khususnya di Desa Warnasari dengan berbagai permasalahan di atas. Metode dalam PKM ini terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) tahap, yaitu tahap awal melalui observasi serta wawancara langsung. Tahap kedua yaitu Pelaksanaan, melalui pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan. Tahap terakhir, melalui coaching yang menunjukkan hasil dari pelatihan. Hasil dan pembahasan memperoleh bantuan peralatan, mitra sudah mulai mencoba usaha tambahan ke pengolahan kopi bubuk, serta pengembangan produk (teh kopi). Saran sebaiknya sering mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan agar diketahui kemampuan atau kemauan pegawai. Mitra sebaiknya mempunyai pegawai khusus yang menangani keuangan, memasarkan produk ke daerah luar kota dengan sistem online dan offline.
Cultural barrier often occur on electronic mutual business group (e-Warong), as is a social assistance program as a form of synergy between the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the Mutual Business Group/Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Beneficiaries of social assistance can also make transactions on e-Warong using a Prosperous Family Card (KKS) through Electronic Data Capture (EDC). This unique program prioritizes the achievement of social and economic goals at the group level instead of individuals profit, one group consist of 10 people who have been assessed as independent and do not receive PKH assistance anymore. The previous results showed that the management ability of e-warong was still low, and it hindered the achievement of social and economic empowerment goals. Business failures are caused because they do not have a strong incentive to do business and situation is getting worse since the Covid pandemic. The aim and purposes are to asses cultural barriers in business practice of e –Warong, 2) To describe obstacles and efforts to overcome cultural, and 3. To describe practical and theoretical implications for the development of social welfare science. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach and the data collection method was selected according to the following stages: 1) Determining the research topic, 2) Identifying secondary barrier, and 3) Explore the data sources through journals, archives, books, etc, 4) Finding and collecting data, 5) Analyze the data, and 6) Draw conclusions. Interviews were conducted with informants of e-warong and District Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) at e-Warong Karasak Bandung. The results showed there were three dimensions of culture, namely create the idea, sense of business and business intention. These three dimensions were still low especially in realizing business ideas, basically the cultural components should complement each other in conducting business to achieve goals. These findings directed to the recommendation for the supervisor of e-Warong Anugerah Sentosa to strengthening cipta-rasa-karsa (idea, sense and intention) as the basis for e-warong KUBE PKH business.
Réréongan Sarupi merupakan kegiatan Ethnic Philantrophy yaitu potensi kedermawanan berbasiskan nilai-nilai budaya atau tradisi etnik tertentu misalnya di Jawa Barat béas pérélék dan Réréongan Sarupi. Filantropi etnik ini tumbuh dari kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya solidaritas sosial atau kesetiawakanan sosial antar sesama warga desa. Gerakan Réréongan Sarupi, yaitu gotong royong masyarakat dengan mengumpulkan uang sebanyak Rp.1000/hari. Berasal dari kata Réréongan artinya bersama atau patungan dan Sarupi, artinya “sejenis” jadi pengertian dari Réréongan Sarupi adalah patungan bersama dengan benda sejenis misalnya uang atau pangan (beras). Di Jawa Barat dan sama halnya dengan di daerah lain jiwa saling membantu sesame atau gotong royong dilakukan oleh masyarakat dengan nama yang berbeda seperti Beras Jimpitan, Béas Pérélék, Sikaroban (Sulawesi) dan banyak lagi. Desa Warnasari memiliki kader Réréongan Sarupi yang dikelola Rukun Warga yang jumlahnya 18 Rukun Warga. Sama halnya dengan desa-desa di wilayah Jawa Barat, kegiatan filantropi etnis yang masih berjalan adalah Béas Pérélék, yaitu mengumpulkan satu cangkir besar per umpi/keluarga untuk keperluan masyarakat seperti membantu bila ada musibah kelahiran, kematian dan dikelola oleh kepala dusun. Sedangkan program Réréongan Sarupi, yaitu pengumpulan dana oleh masyarakat secara swadaya berupa uang untuk keperluan dana kedaruratan misalnya untuk keperluan warga yang sakit harus di rujuk ke rumah sakit tingkat I dan warga yang terkena musibah lainnya. Permasalahannya adalah sebagian besar program ini tidak berjalan dengan baik dan cenderung mandek. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan dan curah pendapat antara ketua RW sebagai pengelola Réréongan Sarupi, menghasilkan kesadaran akan perlunya solidaritas dan tanggung jawab kader dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk membangun kesetiawakanan sosial warga desa.
This potato cracker business is located in Ciawitali Village, Warnasari Village RT / RW 01/08, Pangalengan District. Regency. Bandung - West Java is located in the southern part of Bandung Regency, which is 51 kilometers from the center of Bandung City and 23 kilometers from the capital city of Bandung Regency, namely Soreang, Pangalengan District is one of the tourism icons of Bandung Regency and still has a number of hidden potentials. This potential must still be explored and developed for the welfare of society. Some of them are culinary potentials that have not been widely known so far. Another potential that can still be explored is potato crackers, where potatoes are a superior agricultural commodity from Pangalengan. Warnasari Village is part of Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Likewise, in Warnasari Village there is still potential, where there are some people who depend on their livelihoods by exploiting the potential of several sectors of agriculture, plantations, services and others through entrepreneurship (business actors / MSMEs). Problems in general are related to business managerial, including production, human resources, finance and marketing. Priority problems for partners, namely the low motivation of partners to develop their businesses and unstructured business management, especially marketing and business development that have not yet developed. The solution offered: Implementation of entrepreneurial motivation training and business management and product marketing.
