The construction industry has significant environmental, social, and economic impacts on the community. As one of the main results of the construction industry, buildings largely reflect this during the transition cycle. Both positive and negative negatives. The negative impacts of buildings and construction activities also disrupt human activities themselves, such as discussing, dust, traffic congestion, air pollution, and waste disposal during construction. After completion, the building continues with the surrounding environment. It needs appropriate technological innovation assistance to overcome the difficulties of building these buildings. The method of this study a qualitative approach by reviewing and synthesizing journals related to Sustainable Urban Development. The role of Sustainable Urban Buildings using renewable technology is necessary to overcome these development problems so that they no longer have negative impacts on humans and their environment. Therefore, Sustainable City Buildings if developed using environmentally friendly technology, will make city buildings efficient and effective for reducing carbon emissions that exist every day.

An increasing of the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is required to support economic growth. Therefore, universities in Indonesia have concerned with their important roles in creating entrepreneur trough several ways, for example, they design the entrepreneurship as a compulsory subject in the curriculum. The student's entrepreneurial attitude is an important factor in creating a good entrepreneur. This study examines the entrepreneurial attitude of higher education students based on their demographic characteristics, such as ethnicity, gender, education, faculty and the family business experience. This study is a survey by using the questionnaire. The respondent of this research consists of 100 students who have passed the entrepreneurship subject from Universitas Negeri Padang. The results show that the entrepreneurial attitude has similar mean value for gender, education, faculty and the family business experience factor. Moreover, we found that the ethnicity and faculty have a slightly different mean value. However, based on the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), only faculty's factor that has a significantly difference of the entrepreneurial attitude in ten percent level of significance. Finally, some limitations and further research have been discussed.
The purpose of this study is to systematically review empirical evidence about how necessary blended learning for vocational education, the blended learning implementation in vocational schools, and the blended learning impact in vocational schools. It analyzed 32 studies concerning blended learning implementation and impact in vocational schools, published in the last five years. Employing the metaanalysis review method, the data were extracted and analyzed by descriptive analysis and concluded in the form of a percentage. This study's results stated that blended learning could be used as a vocational education system solution by adjusting technological advances. The highest implementation was in the design and management dimensions of blended learning at 39%; It was considered the most important in adopting blended learning in vocational schools. Besides, the study of the highest impact was the increase in students' abilities and knowledge in the form of test scores, which was 42% higher than behavior and motivation's impact. Therefore, it is necessary for future research to develop blended learning in vocational schools by paying attention to the students' behavior and motivation impact.
The purpose of this research is to firstly explore the difference in entrepreneurial attitude between students who has family member as entrepreneur and non-family member as entrepreneur. Secondly to know the influence of role models on entrepreneur attitude in higher education student. The study was conducted amongst sample of 100 student in Universitas Negeri Semarang, which consists of 18 male and 82 female. All of the sample has took entrepreneurship subject. The data collected through questioners. The findings of this study suggest that role model comes from families whether is their parents or any other family member has no significant effect in creating students’ entrepreneurial attitude. This can be noted from the hypothesis test on the difference in attitude between students with an entrepreneurial family member and students without.
