ABSTRAKJahe digunakan sebagai bahan baku utama jamu dan obat tradisional. Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen serta pengekspor jahe di dunia. Jahe sendiri tumbuh dengan baik di negara tropis seperti Indonesia. Kondisi ini cukup membuat Indonesia unggul dalam memproduksi jahe. Seringkali Indonesia mengalami fluktuasi dalam kegiatan ekspor jahe. Tingginya tingkat persaingan di tingkat regional mengharuskan negara Indonesia meningkatkan kualitas jahe indonesia agar dapat bertahan dan meningkatkan daya saing. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang memengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif jahe Indonesia di pasar internasional. Untuk melihat daya saing menggunakan analisis RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) kemudian di regresi menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa komoditas jahe memiliki daya saing di pasar internasional dan ekspor komoditas jahe indonesia dipengaruhi oleh produksi jahe, volume ekspor jahe dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar. Kata Kunci : Keunggulan Kompetitif, Jahe, Pasar Internasional, RCA. ABSTRACTGinger is used as the main raw material for herbal medicine and traditional medicine. Indonesia is one of the world's producers and exporters of ginger. Ginger itself grows well in tropical countries like Indonesia. This condition is enough to make Indonesia superior in producing ginger. Indonesia often experiences fluctuations in ginger export activities. The high level of competition at the regional level requires the Indonesian state to improve the quality of Indonesian ginger in order to survive and increase competitiveness. Therefore, this research identifies the factors that influence the competitive advantage of Indonesian ginger in the international market. To see competitiveness using RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) analysis then regression using multiple linear regression. Based on the results obtained shows that the ginger commodity has competitiveness in the international market and the export of Indonesian ginger commodities is influenced by the production of ginger, the volume of ginger exports and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar.Keywords : Competitive Advantage, Ginger, International Trade, RCA.
Aloe vera is a plant that has long been known to the public, but it is still a wild plant that is not cultivated properly. The development of science and technology changes the image of aloe vera into a plant that has many benefits, and becomes a business opportunity. This motivated the community service team from the Faculty of Agriculture, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya to provide assistance to economically non-productive mothers to take advantage of this business opportunity. The team's optimism is supported by the local potential of the aloe vera plant, as well as encouragement from village government agencies and the community. It was carried out in Wonoanti Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency by using the PRRA (Participatory Rapid Rural Appraissal) and RRA (Rapid and Rural Appraissal) methods. Through this activity, the target is equipped with practical business management and marketing knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, as well as practical activities and assistance for cultivation, processing of aloe vera products, so that the target is to master cultivation techniques and appropriate technology (TTG) processing aloe vera products into processed products that are developed. as a profitable and sustainable entrepreneurial activity
ABSTRAKPenelitian berjudul Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Terhadap Kopi Lokal Jawa (Bromo Tengger) di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1. Mengetahui karakteristik konsumen. 2. Menganalisis antara tingkat konsumsi dengan atribut kopi lokal jawa. 3. Mengetahui atribut yang dipertimbangkan.Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive di kedai kopi yang berada di lima daerah di wilayah Surabaya. Atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rasa, aroma dan harga. 50 responden ditentukan dengan metode accidental sampling. Data primer dan data sekunder dianalisa dengan metode analisis chi-square dan analisis multi atribut fishbein. 70% konsumen kopi lokal jawa adalah laki laki dengan rentang usia remaja yaitu diantara umur 19-23 tahun serta tingkat pendidikan konsumen kopi lokal jawa di didominasi oleh konsumen tingkat SMA dengan jumlah pembelian 2-3 cangkir per satu kali datang.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara atribut rasa dan aroma . berdasarkan angka skor rata rata menunjukan bahwa atribut rasa kopi menjadi atribut yang dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian kopi lokal jawa di kota surabaya.Kata Kunci : Preferensi Konsumen, Kopi, Rasa, Aroma. ABSTRACTResearch on the analysis of consumer preference to local coffee Java (Bromo Tengger) in the city of Surabaya. The research aims to: 1. Know the characteristics of consumers. 2. Analyzing the level of consumption with local Javanese coffee attributes. 3. Know the attributes being considered.The research location is purposive in coffee shops located in five areas in Surabaya area. The attributes used in this research are flavor, aroma and price. 50 respondents were determined by the accidental sampling method. Primary data and secondary data are analysed with the chi-square analysis method and the Fishbein multi-attribute analysis. 70% of local Javanese coffee consumers are males with a teenage age range of 19-23 years as well as the level of consumer education of local Javanese coffee in dominated by high school level consumers with the purchase amount of 2-3 cups per one time come.Analysis results show that there is a significant link between the flavor and aroma attributes. Based on the average score indicating that the attribute of coffee flavor becomes the attribute considered in the decision to purchase local Javanese coffee in the city of Surabaya.Keywords: Consumer Preference, Coffee, Flavor, Aroma.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor tatanan, fasilitas, danletak, untuk menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan terhadap pengunjung tamanprestasi untuk berkunjung, untu mengetahui dampak dari pembangunan taman prestasiterhadap pedagang setempat.Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive yaitu Taman Prestasi Surabaya.Responden penelitian ditentukan secara Accidental Sampling yaitu 50 pengunjung dan 6pedagang. Data penelitian adalah data primer diperoleh melalui wawancaramenggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang telah dipersiapkan, data Sekunder dari situsinternet, laporan penelitian, jurnal, Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan yaitu, analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor tatanan dan fasilitas berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap pengunjung untuk mengunjungi taman prestasi, hal ini dibuktikandari probabilitas tatanan taman sebesar (0,003) ˂ (0,05) begitu juga fasilitas tamansebesar (0,001) ˂ (0,05). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien standartdize, nilai terbesar adalahvariabel fasilitas dengan nilai (0,420) yang artinya faktor fasilitas lebih dominanberpengaruh terhadap pengunjung taman prestasi. Pedagang sentra kuliner tamanprestasi mengalami peningkatan pendapatan sebesar Rp 2.033.333,-/bln dan jugakenaikan biaya konsumsi sebesar Rp 491.667,-/bln. Persentase kenaikan pendapatandan konsumsi sebesar 17% hal ini menunjukkan adanya multiplier effect daripembangunan taman prestasi.Kata kunci : Multiplier Effect, Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH), Taman Prestasi.
The research, entitled Analysis of the Agropolitan Area Development in the Sumber sub-district, Probolinggo Regency in 2020 aims: (1) To analyze the potential development of production centers and programs in the Agropolitan Area in Sumber Sub-district (2) To analyze facilities and infrastructure need for developing agropolitan areas in the sub-district Sumber for 5 years (3) Determine the strategy for developing agropolitan areas in the Sumber Sub - district. Samples or informants were selected by purposive sampling method that consists of: (1) Regional Government, (2) group of farmers working on superior commodities, (3) marketing institutions in agropolitan areas. The data analysis method is divided into three models, namely (1) SWOT analysis, (2) Mapping production centers and superior commodities, (3) agropolitan area development strategy.The results of the research are (1) The leading commodities in the agropolitan area of the Sumber sub-district are potatoes, carrots, cabbage, leeks and dairy cows. The priority villages are Ledokombo and Pandansari. The agropolitan area development program is an increase in the production of food crops, horticulture and animal husbandry, increased processing of products, increased marketing and increased institutional support, (2) the conditions of production transportation , marketing and infrastructure facilities are not good, (3) agribusiness area development strategy is to optimize the strength / potential that is owned to take advantage of the opportunities available Keywords—: Development Strategy; Agropolitan; SWOT analysisÂ
