Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan: (1) Menjelaskan tahapan proses pengembangan modul elektronik pada materi suhu, kalor, dan perpindahan kalor menggunakan software Sigil, (2) Menjelaskan spesifikasi akhir modul elektronik berbasis saintifik pada materi suhu, kalor, dan perpindahan kalor menggunakan software Sigil. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahapan dari metode pengembangan dengan model ADDIE, yakni (1) analysis, (2) design, dan (3) development. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi angket analisis kebutuhan, angket validasi untuk validator, angket lembar uji coba siswa, dan draft pertanyaan wawancara. Data yang adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di tiga SMA di Keresidenan Surakarta, yakni SMAN 1 Surakarta, SMAN 1 Kartasura, dan SMAN 1 Ngemplak Boyolali. Sumber data terdiri dari dua orang ahli, tiga orang guru fisika SMA, dan 90 orang peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian pengembangan ini yakni (1) Tahap pengembangan modul elektronik pembelajaran fisika berbasis saintifik menggunakan software Sigil pada materi suhu, kalor, dan perpindahan kalor ini meliputi tahap, tahap penyelesaian, dan tahap pengujian modul. (2) Modul elektronik pembelajaran fisika yang dikembangkan menyajjikan materi suhu, kalor, dan perpindahan kalor yang terdiri dari 6 sub materi yaitu suhu, kalor, pengaruh kalor pada perubahan zat (zat padat), pemuaian zat padat, azas black, dan perpindahan panas. Latar tayangan modul pada setiap kegiatan pembelajaran dilandasi alur saintifik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan penilaian peserta didik modul yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat baik. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai penelitian pendahuluan dan acuan dalam mengembangkan produk serupa.
