In this research, the problem is formulated on how to design an information system for a Logistics expedition company PT XYZ which can provide convenience in carrying out transaction entry processes (Receipts) and also designing dashboards. While the purpose of this research is to find out how to create and design a courier & cargo management system, to find out the number of sales and transactions of PT XYZ through the sales dashboard. The design of this information system uses the Agile Method, which uses a short development cycle, and also does not require large resources and also by using agile methods the manufacturing process becomes more focused and focused. The design of the PT XYZ web-based logistics expedition company information system application can help the company to carry out the process of making receipts and user management and helping the company to see data that has been processed and has been sorted into information through the dashboard, and also the latest historical status of receipts.
The hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Care Unit (HCU) systems are very important systems and are always used, so it is necessary to know the extent of their performance. Thus, the study aims to provide reference for xyz hospital regarding the condition (performance) of the current ICU and HCU patient systems. COBIT 5 is an information system capability evaluation framework with the build, acquire and implement (BAI) domain. Domain BAI focuses on developing, acquiring, and implementing information systems, applications, and services. It covers the entire IT project life cycle, starting with the planning and requirements gathering phases and continuing through the design, development, testing, and deployment phases. This study also uses qualitative approach with literature studies and quantitative approach for data analysis to measure capability level. Research respondents were heads and staff from the IT, ICU, and HCU divisions. The results of this study describe the level of capability achieved by hospitals in the BAI Domain, with an average score of 3.30 at the established level. This level illustrates that the application of information technology can achieve process results that are in accordance with the wishes of raft xyz management. This stage also illustrates that the xyz hospital has an information technology process that has been standardized thoroughly to achieve all processes. The results of this evaluation can also be guideline for the xyz raft house to make improvements and improve the performance of the ICU and HCU patient systems in meeting the needs of intensively treated patients.
Fear of Failure (FoF) is not exclusive to entrepreneurship. The concept is stemmed from behavioral studies in psychology. Although entrepreneurship is similar in a performative context, entrepreneurship measures of success still need to be defined. Uncertainties combined with social stigmas of entrepreneurial failure have significantly constrained the growth of entrepreneurship. The aim of the research was to map the literature regarding FoF in an entrepreneurial context. The research sought to understand how much the subject was known, how it was measured, and what factors influenced it. The research applied a systematic literature review study by adopting the PRISMA 2020 statement method and finding 41 articles that specifically studied the subject. It identified a growing interest in the subject, novel reconceptualization, and a few socio-cultural factors influencing FoF in the entrepreneurial context. Then, an experimental measurement scale was also developed. The analysis shows that many articles in FoF are exploratory, with the qualitative approach being the most utilized. Then, GEM data are the most used source in these studies. The research also identifies popular theories, sample regions, methods of measurement, and factors influencing FoF. The result concludes that the topic needs to be explored more, implying many potential areas and formative constructs for future research.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
