ABSTRAKPenelitian tentang pemberian pakan alami yang berbeda pada benih ikan tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus) terhadap pertubuhan dan kelangsungan hidup yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni -Juli 2015 bertempat di UPR Meunasah Krueng Kecamatan Beutong Kabupaten Nagan Raya, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan alami yang berbeda (tubifek, daphnia, infusoria) terhadap laju pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen yaitu memberikan perlakuan pakan alami yang berbeda (tubifek, daphnia, infusoria) terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan tawes. Hasil penelitian pertumbuhan berat biomasa mutlak rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada P1 (tubifek) dengan nilai rata-rata 3,80 kemudian P0 atau kontrol (artemia) dengan nilai rata-rata 2,03, di ikuti P3 (daphnia) dengan nilai rata-rata 1,45 dan yang paling rendah terdapat pada P2 (infusoria) dengan jumlah nilai rata-rata sebanyak 1,35. Sedangkan persentase tingkat kelangsungan hidup benih ikan tawes yang tertinggi terdapat pada P1 (tubifek) sebesar 64,4 %, di ikuti dengan perlakuan 0 atau kontrol (artemia) sebesar 55,5 %, P3 (daphnia) sebesar 53,3 % dan persentase tingkat kelangsungan hidup benih ikan terendah terdapat pada P2 (infusoria) dengan persentase sebesar 48,8 %. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pakan alami tubifex meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus). ABSTRACTThe Research on Naturally Different Feeding Of Fish Seed Tawes Toward The Growth And Survival Ratel are funded on June to Juli 2015 the UPR Meunasah Krueng Village housed in Beutong Subdistrict Nagan Raya District, aims to determine the effect of feeding different natural (tubifex, daphnia, infusoria) to the growth and survival rate of fish seed tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus). The method used is an experimental method that provide different treatment of natural food (tubifex, daphnia, infusoria) toward the growth and survival rate of fish seed tawes. Research result of heavy growth of biomass absolute highest average there is treatment 1 (tubifex) with an average value of 3.80 and then treatment 0 or control (artemia) with an average value of 2.03, followed the treatment 3 (daphnia) with an average value of 1.45 and the lowest are in treatment 2 (infusoria) the amount of the average value of 1.35. While the percentage of survival rate of fish seed are tawes highest in treatment 1 (tubifex) of 64,4 %, followed with 0 or control treatment (artemia) amounted to 55,5 %, the treatment 3 (daphnia) amounted to 53,3 % and the percentage of fish fry survival rate was lowest for the treatment 2 (infusoria) with a percentage of 48,8 %. It was concluded that feeding tubifex naturally increase the growth and survival rate of fish seed tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus).
ABSTRAKDewasa ini, begitu banyak inhibitor tirosinase dan antioksidan sintetik yang beredar dipasaran, sehingga konsumen kurang hati-hati dalam melakukan pemilihan produk kosmetik yang menyebabkan terjadinya iritasi kulit dan masalah dermatitis. Hal ini menjadi perhatian bagi para ilmuan untuk mencari solusi alternatif. Tujuan jangka panjang dan terget khusus yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah penemuan obat baru yang berasal dari pesisir barat Aceh yang memiliki potensi sebagai inhibitor tirosinase dan antioksidan. Hasil uji fitokimia pada ekstrak daun dan bunga kangkung laut (L pes-caprae) mengandung flavonoid, fenolik dan triterpenoid. Hasil mengenai penentuan aktivitas antioksidan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ekstrak metanol daun kangkung laut (I. Pes-caprae) memiliki efektifitas sebagai antioksidan dengan nilai absorbansi sebesar 515 nm. ABSTRACTNowdays, so many sinthetic tyrosinase and antioxidant inhibitors circulate in the market, so consumers are less careful in choosing cosmetic products that cause skin irritation and dermatitic problems. It is of concern to scientists to seek alternative solutions. The long term objectives and specific targets to be achiaved from this research are the discovery of new drugs originating from the west coast of Aceh which has potential as tyrosinase and antioxidant inhibitors. The results of phytochemical test on leaf watercress and leaf extract (L-caprae) contain flavonoids, phenolic and triterpenoids. Results on the determination of antioxidant activity can be concluded that the extract methanol leaf watercress (I. Pes-caprae) has the effectiveness as an antioxidant with absorbance value of 515 nm.
