The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation, communication and organizational culture to employee performance. The object of this study is Merdeka University Pasuruan. Data collected through questionnaires given to 42 respondents of educational staff taken by census method. The results show that: 1) motivatian has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) communication does not have a significant effect on employee performanc,e 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and 4) organizational culture has a dominant effect on employee performance.
This research aims to determine the effect of Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional quotient (EQ) and workload to the quality of nurses' services at Puskesmas in Pasuruan. This type of research is quantitative research. The populations of this research are 80 nurses at Puskesmas in Pasuruan and all taken as a sample. The technique data analysis of this research is a multiple linear regression test. The result of this research indicates that the Intelligence Quotient (IQ) influences the quality of nurses' service in Pasuruan city, while the Emotional Quotient (EQ) and workload do not influence the quality of nurses in Pasuruan city.
The purpose of this study was to determine (1) How the contribution of project-based entrepreneurship learning; (2) What is the student's entrepreneurial interest; (3) How independent are students; (4) How does project-based entrepreneurship learning affect students' entrepreneurial interest and independence. The method in this research is quantitative survey. According to the results of the study, the t-count value is 5.517 and the t-table number is 2.002, so that t-count> t-table, which means that there is a significant influence between Project-Based Learning on Entrepreneurial Interest, while the magnitude of the influence is obtained a coefficient value of 0.669 for the effect of learning. project based on entrepreneurial interest. Meanwhile, for the effect of entrepreneurship learning on student independence, the t-count is 5.993 and the t-table number is 2.002, so that t-count> t-table. This means that there is a significant influence between project-based learning on independence. There is also a coefficient value of 0.696, which means that when there is an increase in project-based learning, it will increase Independence by 0.696. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value is 0.618 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.382. This means that there is an influence between the Project-Based Learning variable on Independence of 38.2% while the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other variables that the researchers did not involve in this study.
Finishing ini kiranya dapat memberikan terobosan baru untuk mebel di kelurahan Bukir Kota Pasuruan. Terutama bagi para pengrajin yang menggunakan bahan – bahan yang masih belum ramah lingkungan sehingga dengan dilakukanya pelatihan dan sosialisasi finishing mengunakan bahan ramah lingkungan ini kedepanya para pengrajin di kelurahan Bukir Kota Pasuruan akan melakukan finishing untuk mebel mereka dengan bahan yang ramah lingkungan.Finishing dengan menggunakan bahan ramah lingkungan memberikan manfaat yang baik bagi pengrajin maupun hasil kerajinanya. Manfaat yang didapat untuk pengrajin kondisi kesehatan mereka akan lebih baik karena terhindar dari bahan – bahan yang mengadung bahan kimia tinggi sedang untuk hasil kerajinan mebelnya lebih aman dan ramah lingkungan karena menggunakan pelarut air bukan thinner atau spiritus yang membahayakan kesehatan dan mencemari lingkungan, Ongkos produksi lebih rendah, karena hanya menggunakan pelarut atau pengencer berupa air, Lebih tahan lama. Lapisan coating water based memiliki film flexibility sangat baik. Cat tidak mudah retak ketika terpapar suhu panas maupun dingin.Berdasarkan sosialisasi tim pengabdian harapanya para pengrajin dapat melakukan finising dengan baik dan menggunakan bahan ramah lingkungan selain itu lebih terjaga kesehatanya karena bahan yang digunakan untuk finising merupakan bahan yang tidak membahayakan kesehatan mereka serta lebih memperhatikan safety saat menjalankan aktifitas kerjanya.Kata kunci : Finishing, Mebel, Ramah Lingkungan.
The development of world life, in general, encourages people to move towards the era of globalization which increasingly demands an increase in the standard of order in various ways.This research is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques, while the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, because in this study the author describes the leadership style and employee performance at College.The results of the study indicate that the leadership style in the economics faculty at a university is a selling leadership style because in the economics faculty the task is very high and the relationship is also very high and the leadership always provides direction and explains the results of decisions. And also the leadership style at the Faculty of Economics because his leadership puts forward good relationships and high examples and very maximum and optimal tasks.Employee performance can be said to qualify as a good employee because the employee has been conducting in the accordance job description of each and they also work following the standards of quality, quantity, and time standards set by the faculty. However, in terms of working time discipline, more serious attention must still be needed. This can be seen in the data obtained by researchers.
