AbstrakPertumbuhan jumlah SNI yang cepat dengan rata-rata 370 SNI per tahun terjadi dalam dua tahun terakhir. Kodefikasi Harmonize System (HS) di Indonesia sesuai Buku Tarif Kepabeanan Indonesia (BTKI) dilakukan revisi per 5 tahun. Perubahan tersebut mengubah seluruh sistematika korelasi SNI-HS yang telah disusun sehingga hasil korelasi SNI-HS 2007 sudah tidak mutakhir (update). Selain mengakomodasi perubahan tersebut, penyusunan korelasi ini membantu dan memudahkan pengambilan kebijakan standardisasi terkait dengan industri dan perdagangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menyusun korelasi SNI-HS yang valid sebagai alat pendukung pengembangan dan penerapan SNI di Indonesia. Untuk mendapatkan korelasi SNI-HS yang valid digunakan prinsip kesamaan jenis produk atau komoditi antara SNI dan HS yang akan dikorelasikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyandingkan antara kode SNI dengan kode HS yang memiliki definisi produk yang sama atau mendekati kemudian korelasi SNI-HS yang dihasilkan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian/ketepatan antara produk SNI dengan produk HS meliputi: prioritas 1, prioritas 2 dan prioritas 3. Dari 4300 SNI produk yang teridentifikasi dihasilkan 959 korelasi SNI-HS terverifikasi valid (22,3%) yang terdiri atas: 205 korelasi dengan prioritas 1, 444 korelasi dengan prioritas 2 dan 310 korelasi dengan prioritas 3. Selain itu SNI-HS bermanfaat bagi pengembangan SNI yaitu: 1) Alat identifikasi produk dengan nilai impor tinggi, 2) Alat identifikasi gap ruang lingkup SNI produk dibandingkan dengan variasi produk dalam HS melalui penyusunan PNPS, dan 3) Alat identifikasi peluang ancaman dan kekuatan melalui notifikasi masuk. Terakhir SNI-HS memberikan manfaat bagi penerapan SNI berupa: 1) Alat identifikasi kode HS dari SNI produk yang akan diwajibkan dan 2) Alat identifikasi ketersediaan LSPro dari suatu produk dengan nilai impor tinggi. Codefication of Harmonize System (HS) in Indonesia refers to Indonesian Customs Tariff Book (BTKI) per 5 -year revision.The amendment otomatically changed the whole systematic of correlation SNI -HS that had been established so that the equivalent of SNI-HS that is not current (updated). Beside to accommodate these changes, correlation SNI-HS assist and facilitate the standardization policy -making related to industry and trade.This research purposed of composing a correlation valid SNI-HS as a tool to support the development and implementation of SNI in Indonesia. To obtain the valid correlation of SNI-HS used the principle of similarity of products or commodities between SNI and the HS will be correlated. Assuring halal status of animal-based foods is an ongoing challenge in Indonesia. An adequate halal food supply will make it easier for the people to obtain halal-certified foods that contain animal products. The government must reach an agreement on quality infrastructure for its supply chain, considering that basic foodstuffs are the essential ingredients for all edible derivatives. One major obstacle in implementing halal assurance for the consumer is the presence of carrion meat (raw or processed) in the market. The testing standards for the authentication of carrion meat are currently not a priority for either cattle or poultry. Therefore, the aim of this review was to identify important procedures that some experts have carried out for the detection or testing of carrion meat. The information and data collected and analysed may provide potential technical parameters for detecting carrion meat. This review used a descriptive exploratory method and the forum group discussion. As a preliminary result, 14 potential technical parameters were obtained and tested with further verification and evaluation. The technical parameters studied included malachite green-H2O2, correlated protein with meat texture, peroxiredoxin-6, blood biochemistry, blood pH, capacitance value, meat colour, Warner-Bratzler shear force, blood loss variation, meat quality, water holding capacity (WHC), resistance value, E. coli load, and coliform load. The proposed parameters will be discussed by the technical committee by consensus when submitted to the national standard draft.
