The purpose of research is to examine how the seed sector contribution to the GRDP Kulon Progo District of Yogyakarta Special Region. The study was conducted by analyzing secondary data time series based on the undertaking of the GRDP from 2009 to 2013. Location Quotient analysis results show featured sector Kulon Progo there are four sectors, namely agriculture, mining and quarrying, manufacturing, and services sectors. Based on Shift-Share analysis, it was concluded that the Construction Sector topped the largest percentage of positive growth, the largest production ratio, and the value of the largest Net Shift in Kulon Progo District. According to the Boston Consulting Group Matrix, the services sector is the only sector of the economy in Kulon Progo which are in quadrant star. So, these services sector need to be maintained in order to increase its policy of high growth rates and contributed greatly to the Kulon Progo GRDP.
Tujuan paper ini memberikan tinjauan kritis dari Signaling Theory dengan konsep-konsep utamanya, serta mengulas penggunaannya dalam penelitian online commerce. Tinjauan kritis dilakukan dengan melakukan review penelitian yang menggunakan Signaling Theory sebagai basis teorinya. Signaling Theory berguna untuk menggambarkan perilaku ketika dua pihak (individu atau organisasi) memiliki akses ke informasi yang berbeda, sehingga bisa memunculkan asimetri inforamsi. Dengan demikian, Signaling Theory memegang posisi yang menonjol dalam berbagai literatur Manajemen. Dalam konteks penelitian online commerce, Sigaling Theory diwujudkan dalam berbagai signal yang dapat ditangkap dari informasi yang ditampilkan dalam website dengan beragam bentuk lainnya. Oleh karena itu, tinjauan kritis dalam paper ini dapat berkontribusi bagi para peneliti di bidang pemasaran agar dapat mengembangkan penggunaan Signaling Theory khususnya online commerce untuk menggali peluang gap penelitian yang akan datang untuk menggali beragam signal lain yang belum terungkap dan mengembangkan penelitian masa depan yang lebih variatif.
This paper investigates the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty of Telkomsel Flash broadband internet access services. Furthermore, the variables of trust and customer satisfaction are also tested as mediating variables. Samples were taken as many as 200 respondents were carried out using convenience sampling techniques by selecting a non-random sample. A convenience sampling technique was chosen to avoid perceived bias in filling out the questionnaire. Data were analyzed with AMOS 18, Structural Equation Model Analysis was conducted to estimate several separate regression equations, but each has a simultaneous or concurrent relationship. The variable technical quality and customer satisfaction directly and partially affect consumer loyalty on Telkomsel Flash broadband internet access services. Mediation testing results indicate that the research model best represents the data in this study as partially mediated models. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables in 4 relationship interactions. The relationship of the variables referred to is (1) service quality with customer satisfaction, (2) service quality with trust, (3) service quality with customer loyalty, (4) customer satisfaction with customer loyalty. Nevertheless, two relationships between variables show insignificant relationships: customer satisfaction with trust and (2) trust with customer loyalty.

The result of this study illustrated that the age, the marital status, the numberof dependan*, the educational level, the working hours, the retailers *perience before being independent, their uperience undq c-urrent position, the stock level, and the location simultowously as awhole, had significant andpositive irfluence on the mogin prafit. Tujuan paper adalah untuk memberikan kerangka kerja konseptual penelitian empiris tematis tentang perilaku adaptif konsumen (adaptive shopper) dalam menyesuaikan kebijakan physical distancing dari pemerintah selama masa pandemic covid 19 untuk melakukan belanja online dari rumah. Kerangka kerja koseptual diusulkan dengan mengajukan variabel motivasi berbelanja online yang sudah ada berupa motivasi utilitarian, hedonic dan faktor situasional. Kontribusi paper ini yaitu memasukkan variabel moderasi hubungan antara motivasi berbelanja dengan niat berbelanja online, yaitu tipe shopper journey dari konsumen yang beragam. Dalam model konseptual diungkap ada empat tipe shopper journey yang relevan muncul pada masa physical distancing yaitu classical journey, required journey, entertainment journey, dan oursourced journey.
