n homme de 71 ans a consulté aux urgences pour un problème de perte de poids, d'anorexie et de constipation qui durait depuis 4 mois et une douleur abdominale qui durait depuis 2 semaines.Il était atteint d'une maladie à IgG4 (immunoglobuline G4) confirmée par biopsie affectant le pancréas et les reins et avait présenté 2 épisodes de bactériémie à Gram négatif au cours des 3 dernières années. Le premier épisode avait été attribué à une cholangite et le second, à un cancer du pancréas obstructif présumé.
