Araştırmada beyaz yakalı kadın çalışanların dışlanma durumuna maruz kalmalarını ölçmek amacıyla Ferris’ in “The Development and Validation of the Ostracism Scale” makalesinde geliştirmiş olduğu ölçeğinden yararlanılmıştır.
