Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de uma equipe multiprofissional em uma Unidade Saúde da Família durante o processo de mudança do acolhimento à população e a implementação do agendamento de consulta. Relato de experiência: Utilizado a metodologia do Arco de Maguerez, que visa obter uma análise crítica diante de uma realidade, após aplicação de cinco passos, sendo eles: observação da realidade, identificação dos pontos chaves, teorização, elaboração de hipóteses de solução e por último, aplicação à realidade. Com a aplicação dos cincos passos do método do Arco de Maguerez, foi identificada a necessidade de reorganização das demandas da unidade de saúde e após discussão sobre a temática foi proposto a implantação do agendamento de consultas e do atendimento a demanda espontânea com classificação de risco, com o fito na resolução da problemática observada. Considerações finais: Foi possível evidenciar a redução das filas de espera para atendimento e melhor controle do distanciamento social, indispensável no cenário da pandemia da Covid-19.
Objetivo: Compreender as percepções das gestantes sobre o acolhimento e vínculo com a equipe da atenção primária à saúde durante o acompanhamento do pré-natal. Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, realizada com gestantes acompanhadas pela equipe multiprofissional de uma unidade básica de saúde, no sertão paraibano. Realizada por meio de entrevista, cuja coleta de dados foi gravada e, posteriormente, as informações foram transcritas, codificadas e categorizadas a partir da técnica análise de conteúdo. Resultados: A amostra foi composta por sete gestantes, destas 71,4% possuíam entre 18 e 34 anos. Todas as participantes apresentaram posições positivas em relação ao acompanhamento e acolhimento realizado durante o pré-natal. Entretanto, foi evidenciada a falta dos parceiros durante as consultas neste período. Considerações finais: As gestantes consideraram o seu acompanhamento de pré-natal como satisfatório, com bom acolhimento e vínculo com a equipe da Atenção Primária à Saúde, sugerindo como alterações a mudança no turno dos atendimentos e maior número de consultas com o serviço de odontologia.
