Introdução: O pré-natal deve conter um conjunto de ações individuais e coletivas, onde se faz necessário à utilização de um instrumento metodológico, denominado processo de enfermagem, de responsabilidade do enfermeiro. Objetivo: Objetivou-se nesta pesquisa elencar o perfil de diagnósticos de enfermagem em gestantes atendidas em Unidade de Saúde da Família com base na Taxonomia II da NANDA-I. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, com abordagem descritiva, com dados colhidos em prontuários das 45 gestantes cadastradas no programa de pré-natal da referida unidade de saúde da família. Resultados: Após analise dos dados coletados, foram elaborados 11 diagnósticos: Dor aguda (cefaleia, lombalgia, dor em baixo ventre), Infecção do trato urinário, náuseas, risco da díade mãe/feto, risco de paternidade ou maternidade prejudicada, astenia (fadiga), nutrição desequilibrada mais que as necessidades corporais (sobrepeso), baixa autoestima situacional (problemas emocionais), diarreia, ansiedade, constipação. Conclusão: O objetivo do estudo foi alcançado, e espera-se que a partir dos diagnósticos de enfermagem elaborados, intervenções de enfermagem específicas aos problemas constatados nas gestantes durante o pré-natal possam ser tomadas, já que o enfermeiro tem respaldo científico e legal para realizar a promoção e prevenção da saúde materna e neonatal ainda que na atenção primária.
Objetivo: Expectativas das primigestas na escolha da via de parto em uma maternidade pública de referência em Teresina. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa estudo de campo do tipo exploratório-descritivo de abordagem qualitativa, de forma que alcance os objetivos propostos e resultados esperados por meio das informações relevantes coletadas sobre o problema exposto. Resultados: Foram entrevistados vinte primigestas, sendo todas adultas, de idade entre 18 a 33 anos, contestando as escolhas das mulheres com a realidade do Estado, concluíram que os altos índices de partos cirúrgicos estão mais relacionados às escolhas feitas pelos profissionais, do que à vontade dos casais que vivenciam esse processo. Observamos a grande necessidade de um bom pré-natal, puérperas bem informadas sobre o seu ciclo gravídico. Conclusão: Ressaltando a fragilidade quando se trata da humanização e atenção no pré-natal, uso da influência, tecnologias e intervenções desnecessárias e sobretudo, e pelo discurso biomédico e pela noção erronia, de que o parto cirúrgico seria o desfecho adequado para o nascimento.
Objetivo: analisar as intervenções educativas remotas para o letramento de adultos com hipertensão arterial na atenção primária. Método: intervenção prática, desenvolvida a partir do conhecimento sobre a hipertensão, de adultos cadastrados em unidade básica de saúde localizada em uma Região Metropolitana, no estado do Paraná, Brasil, de março a dezembro de 2020. Aplicou-se questionário clínico e sociodemográfico, Item-Eight Health Literacy Assessment Tool e Hypertension Knowledge-Level Scale. As ligações telefônicas foram audiogravadas e, posteriormente, transcritas em diário de campo. Os dados dos instrumentos foram analisados por frequência simples, relativa, média e desvio padrão, e as informações do diário de campo por domínios. Resultados: na avaliação do letramento em saúde, observou-se aumento da média na questão relativa às informações de saúde de baixa e alta qualidade na internet. No instrumento de conhecimento, as questões relativas à adesão medicamentosa, dieta e mudança no estilo de vida apresentaram 100% de acertos no segundo momento. Conclusão: as intervenções educativas remotas demonstraram influência no letramento em saúde e no conhecimento sobre a hipertensão, havendo aumento de acertos nas questões relativas às informações de saúde na internet e de mudança no estilo de vida. Sendo assim, destaca-se o potencial do telemonitoramento como forma de acompanhamento e promoção de saúde, favorecendo o controle da doença.
