RESUMOEsta pesquisa bibliográfica tem o objetivo de contribuir com os estudos relacionados a temática da educação e espiritualidade. Embora pareça existir uma tensão antagônica entre a educação e espiritualidade, a mesma se dá pelo entendimento do que significa a espiritualidade. Aqui, pretenderemos analisá-la do ponto de vista da categoria pedagógica capaz de contribuir no desenvolvimento do homem no sentido de torná-lo capaz de situar-se no mundo como agente ativo, consciente da realidade opressora que lhe envolve. O referencial teórico que fundamenta a ideia é a pedagogia de Paulo Freire. Entendemos que em sua pedagogia, além dos traços teóricos do marxismo, é possível identificar traços de um modelo de espiritualidade, não alienante, que não romantiza o cotidiano opressor do homem, mas que lhe permite situar-se no mundo de forma consciente e humanizador. O presente artigo busca analisar a dependência e autonomia da educação ao trabalho, destacando o contexto histórico do modo de produção capitalista no atual modelo de organização do trabalho: o toyotismo. O artigo foi elencado em quatro partes: a primeira, o trabalho como fundamento, em que é analisado como o ser humano salta do ser orgânico para tornar-se um ser social, posteriormente analisa-se a interferência do trabalho no atual modelo de educação flexibilizada, em seguida, discorremos sobre formação humana. E por fim, apresentamos nas considerações finais uma discussão sobre o que é velado pela educação flexibilizada. Nossa análise tem como método o materialista histórico dialético, por compreendermos que é o método que mais nos aproximada análise do real concreto. Para compor a discussão, conta-se com os seguintes teóricos: Antunes, Kuenzer, Lukács, Marx, Saviani e Tonet . São autores de grande relevo no meio acadêmico, quando se refere à questão ontológica do trabalho, que apresenta continuidades e descontinuidades de um modo de produção para o outro.
A educação é um complexo social que mantém uma relação de dependência e autonomia com o trabalho. No contexto da industrialização quando ocorreu o toyotismo, o mundo do trabalho já vinha sendo afetado profundamente com o Taylorismo e Fordismo, com a exploração do trabalho pelo capital, pois ampliou-se as formas de trabalho repetitivos, fragmentados e incluiu-se o trabalho infantil, etc; diminuiu-se as formas de trabalhos formais e o trabalho artesanal. Como nova forma de produzir riqueza material, exigiu uma nova forma de produzir conhecimentos. Destarte, este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender como intercorre o processo de produção do conhecimento no campo da educação profissional e tecnológica a partir do toyotismo. Esta pesquisa teve caráter qualitativo do tipo bibliográfica, sendo fundamentada nos trabalhos de Marx (1982), Kuenzer (2011), Lukács (2012), entre outros. Destacamos como resultados: a compreensão do processo de produção do conhecimento no campo da educação profissional e tecnológica no contexto do toyotismo, viabilizando sua relação de dependência e autonomia com a educação. Além disso, possibilitou apreender a educação como um complexo social que mantém dependência e autonomia com o trabalho e os modelos propagados pela revolução industrial toyotismo como nova forma de produzir riqueza material e conhecimentos.
Qual a origem dos sofrimentos psíquicos revelados com intensidade na sociabilidade capitalista? A partir desta questão, formulou-se o objetivo geral deste artigo: compreender a gênese dos sofrimentos psíquicos na sociabilidade capitalista e os objetivos específicos: 1) demonstrar os sofrimentos psíquicos a partir da obra “o mal-estar na civilização” de Freud; 2) relacionar os sofrimentos psíquicos com a categoria “trabalho estranhado” desenvolvida por Marx e apresentar o trabalho associado como caminho para a superação do mal estar da sociedade. Como procedimento metodológico, a investigação do objeto foi realizada a partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo bibliográfica. Para o seu desenvolvimento foram utilizadas as contribuições teóricas de Freud (1996), Marx (2004), entre outros. Os resultados da pesquisa foram: os sofrimentos psíquicos são frutos do desenvolvimento da relação dialética entre objetividade e subjetividade e a superação desses sofrimentos somente pode ocorrer por meio de uma sociabilidade livre e associada.
O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é possibilitar uma investigação da relação entre trabalho e linguagem. Os objetivos específicos consistem em: 1) Compreender a categoria trabalho na perspectiva ontológica do ser social; 2) Debater sobre a relação da linguagem e a reprodução do ser social como categoria necessária ao ser humano e o processo sócio histórico do desenvolvimento humano. A pesquisa se apoia no método ontológico: parte do pressuposto que a objetividade determina o conhecimento. Do ponto de vista dos objetivos, é uma pesquisa exploratória, com procedimentos técnicos bibliográficos. E contará com a contribuição de teóricos como: Lessa (2016), Tonet (2016), Bakhtin (2014), entre outros autores pertinentes da literatura. Conclui-se que o trabalho é a categoria primária do ser humano, comporta a reprodução social e também requer outras formas de atividades para a formação e desenvolvimento do homem em sociedade; nota-se uma estreita ligação entre trabalho e linguagem, que intervém espontaneamente no desenvolvimento humano já que, por meio dela, o homem idealiza considerações, conduz informações, resolve desordens, relaciona-se com seus pares.
