Abstrak: Kejadian stunting di Indonesia masih tinggi, dengan faktor risiko kehamilan usia muda. Sehingga diperlukan akses informasi yang relevan pada remaja tentang PendewasaanUsia Perkawinan (PUP). Pusat Informasi Kesehatan Remaja (PIK-R) dan media ular tanggamerupakan wadah dan media bagiremaja terkait penyampaian pesanPUP. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat membentuk kelompok PIK-R dan menerapkan media ular tangga untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan kemampuan kelompok PIK R tentang PUP di SMP N 14 Kecamatan Singaran Pati Kota Bengkulu dengan mitra berjumlah 46 orang terdiri dari kelompok PIK R, Remaja siswa SMP guru sekolah, PLKB Kecamatan SIngaran Pati, Puskesmas Lingkar Timur. Metode kegiatan berupa pembentukan kelompok PIK R dan pelatihan PUP dengan tahapan yang terdiri dari persiapan pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan rencana tindak lanjut. Pasca kegiatanterdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kelompok PIK R dari rerata skor 8 menjadi 17, dan skor sikap dari 30 menjadi 52. Sebanyak 90% kelompok PIK R mampu melakukan edukasi PUP melalui penerapan media permainan ular tangga. Kesimpulan pembentukan kelompok PIK R dan penerapan media ular tangga meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, kemampuan edukasi tentang PUP pada kelompok PIK R. Diperlukanpendampingan mitra untuk keberlangsungan kelompok PIK R.Abstract: The incidence of stunting in Indonesia is still high, with a risk factor for young pregnancy. So that access to relevant information is needed for adolescents about Maturity of Marriage Age (PUP). The Adolescent Health Information Center (PIK R) and the snakes and ladders media are platforms and media for youth regarding the delivery of PUP messages. The purpose of community service is to form the PIK R group and apply snakes and ladders media to increase the knowledge, attitudes and abilities of the PIK R group regarding PUP at SMP N 14, Singaran Pati District, Bengkulu City with school teacher partners, PLKB SIngaran Pati District, the Lingkar Timur Health Center. Methods of activity include preparation for implementation, evaluation and follow-up plans. The results showed an increase in the knowledge of the PIK R group from an average score of 8 to 17, and an attitude score from 30 to 52. The PIK R group was able to conduct PUP education through the application of the snakes and ladders media game. The conclusion is that the formation of the PIK R group and the application of snakes and ladders media increases knowledge, attitudes, educational abilities about PUP in the PIK R group. Partner assistance is needed for the sustainability of the PIK R group.
Hepatitis B in pregnant women causes coagulation effects, organ failure, and increased maternal mortality, while in newborns, it causes asphyxia and low birth weight. Pregnant women need to know about Hepatitis B and have a positive attitude to prevent transmission to pregnant women. It can be improved through health education. This study aims to determine the effect of individual method health education with leaflet media on increasing knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B at the Sidodadi Health Center Bengkulu Tengah in 2022. The research design was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design, with a pre-test post-test control group approach. The population is all pregnant women in the area of the Sidodadi Health Center in 2022, amounting to 37 people, using the Lemeshow formula, a sample of 34 respondents (17 in intervention groups and 17 in comparison). Data were analyzed using the dependent T-test, and Wilcoxon signed rank test. There is a difference in the average knowledge score and attitudes before and after being given individual method health education with leaflet media. There is a significant difference between the two groups with ?= 0.000. It means that there is a significant effect on individual method health education with leaflet media on knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B at the Sidodadi Health Center in 2022, with a mean difference of 3.47 on the knowledge variable and 5.65 on the attitude variable. A diversity of counseling methods is needed to increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B. Health workers must increase their role in improving methods and media in providing counseling to pregnant women to prevent transmission of Hepatitis B.
The problem of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is a problem that is often complained of when women come to doctors or health workers related to menstruation. This condition can get worse when accompanied by unstable psychological conditions, such as stress, depression, excessive, and excessive sad or happy state.This study uses a Quasi Experiment Design with Control Time Series Design. The samples were taken using proportionally stratified random sampling with the number of each the experimental and control groups were 22 female students. This study uses a research instrument in the form of a pain scale measurement sheet NRS (numeric rating scale) to determine respondents in experiencing dysmenorrhea. Data analysis using univariate analysis, bivariate using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney.The results showed that there was a significant effect between yoga on changes in the intensity of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) with p-value = 0.034 <0.05. So that yoga and warm compresses can be applied as an alternative in dealing with dysmenorrhea. The results of this study are expected to be input for SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu to provide counseling to students at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City regarding female reproduction, especially dysmenorrhea and how to handle dysmenorrhea.

Edukasi merupakan proses interaktif yang mendorong terjadinya pembelajaran, dan pembelajaran merupakan upaya penambahan pengetahuan baru, sikap dan keterampilan melalui penguatan praktik dan pengalaman tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh edukasi SADARI dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padang Serai Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini mengambil data variabel independent dan dependen dengan satu kelompok intervensi tanpa klompok kontrol (quasy eksperimen), dengan pendekatan pre test dan post test yaitu penelitian dengan cara diberikan pengamatan awal kemudian diberikan intervensi setelah itu dilakukan post test. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa dari 45 kader didapatkan sebagian besar kader menamatkan pendidikan menengah 28 orang (62,2%) dan sebagian besar usia tua 33 orang (73,3%). Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum diberikan edukasi dan rata-rata setelah edukasi dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan. Berdasarkan analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Wilcoxon ada Pengaruh edukasi SADARI dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kader, dengan hasil uji statistik p-value (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000 < 0,05.Ada pengaruh variable luar terhadap pengetahuan, variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan yaitu Edukasi dengan hasil uji statistic < 0,05 Saran bagi Puskesmas untuk lebih sering melibatkan peran Kader dalam meningkatka upaya promosi kesehatan tentang Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri untuk membantu meningkatkan kesehatan wanita di wilaya kerjanya.
