The purpose of this study was to determine distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice which have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Yogyakarta. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods, as the population were employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Yogyakarta with a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique. The method of collecting data with a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
