Census activity in flamboyant ward, between manual census and SIMRS significant differences in the number of patiens. Applied groove not comply with SPO census. Keyword : the daily census, inpatient AbstrakSensus harian rawat inap adalah kegiatan yang rutin dilaksanakan di rumah sakit yang menghitung jumlah pasien yang dilayani di unit rawat inap mulai pukul 00.00 hingga 24.00 WIB oleh petugas yang terdapat di bangsal perawatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu meninjau pelaksanaan sensus harian rawat inap dari segi faktor manajemen 6M, berdasarkan SPO sensus, alur, ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan serta hambatan yang muncul. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Metode pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan observasi partisipasi aktif. Sampel yang digunakan bangsal flamboyan RSUD Kota Salatiga selama dua minggu. Kegiatan sensus di bangsal flamboyan antara sensus manual dan SIMRS mengalami perbedaan jumlah pasien yang signifikan. Alur yang diterapkan tidak sesuai dengan SPO sensus. Ketepatan waktu entry sensus tidak dilakukan mulai pukul 00.00 -24.00. Pelaksanaan sensus menurut faktor manajemen 6M yaitu faktor Man kualifikasi pelaksana belum memenuhi kriteria, Money tidak adanya insentif dalam pelaksanaan sensus karena sensus masuk kegiatan pokok rawat inap, Material sudah tidak diterapkan lagi form sensus di rumah sakit, Machine SIMRS yang digunakan sudah baik akan tetapi untuk pengguna SIMRS tersebut perlu dilakukan evaluasi, Methods sensus tidak dilaksanakan sesuai SPO, dan Market pihak pimpinan rumah sakit tidak terlalu membutuhkan data sensus harian rawat inap. Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital Semarang is a type C hospital that has the functions of health services, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology. Medical record-keeping officers have never done BJ Graph analysis and manufacture. Based on five wards by calculating BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO and drawing indicators through BJ Graph as evaluation and planning materials. The purpose of the research was to determine the wealth of bed usage of 5 units of inpatient units based on BJ Graph at Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital in 2017. This type of research used quantitative descriptive research method. Data collection methods using documentation studie, the calculation of bed usage efficiency indicators, checking the efficiency of bed usage. The results show that based on the Barber Johnson Chart the four indicators fifth of wards in the year 2016 do not converge in one point and are outside the efficiency area. While in 2017 all four indicators meet at one point but are outside the efficiency area.
The purpose of this research is analyzing the design of inpatient's admission and discharge summary form on Public Health Center of Kutoarjo according to the aspect of anatomy, physical and content. This research uses descriptive method through case study approach. The object on this research is the form of admission and discharge summary on Public Health Center of Kutoarjo, in which the medical record staffs, the doctors, and the nurses are used as respondents. In addition, the researcher also uses observation and interview as research instruments.The research result shows that according to the physical aspect, the material form used on Public Health Center of Kutoarjo is not appropriate to the theory. Then, according to the anatomical aspects, the form used on Public Health Center of Kutoarjo also do not have edition number, publication date, and instruction f orm. Moreover, based on the interview result, there are several item that should be removed on the content aspect, such as: golongan operasi, penyebab luar cedera dan morfologi neoplasma keracunan, and pengobatan radio terapi.
The filing service is an important part of the Medical Record Unit, especially for medical record keeping. A good filing arrangement is required to facilitate the work of the officer. Spatial filingshould be done based on the aspect of ergonomic and anthropometry of the officers so it's not causing OHS risk for the officers. Ergonomicsaspects of filing room in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta not in accordance with anthropometry officers, it can lead to decreased work /productivity officer. The purpose of this research is to review the aspect of ergonomic filing space based on the anthropometry of filing officer toward aspect of OHS.This type of research including to the case study research. Methods of data collection are observation and interview. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis which was description.The results showed that the management, equipment and temperature and humidity filing room in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is in accordance with the theory except for the tool footing. The size of the medical record storage rack is not ergonomic compared to the anthropometry of the filing officer. However, the height and width of sub racks are in accordance with the dimensions of the medical record file. The risk of OHS that can be happen by filing officers are fire, wedged roll o'pack, falling from the tool footing, pain of leg and hand, nape pain, itching, scratches due to scratches, visual impairment, shortness of breath and throat hoarse.
Salah satu bentuk evaluasi penerapan SIMPUS adalah dengan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Puskesmas Karangtengah telah menerapkan SIMPUS sejak tahun 2009, namun dalam prosesnya SIMPUS di Puskesmas Karangtengah belum berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan petugas ditinjau dari lima dimensi pada metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey observasional, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 30 orang petugas yang diambil secara total sampling, Data diolah menggunakan Paket Statistik untuk Ilmu Sosial (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari lima aspek EUCS rata-rata petugas berada pada kategori puas, namun untuk aspek Keakuratan (akurasi) dan Kemudahan penggunaan (kemudahan penggunaan) masih terdapat 10 petugas (33,3%) yang merasa tidak puas. Sebanyak 8 responden (26,6%) memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap SIMPUS, 11 responden (36,7%) memiliki tingkat kepuasan sedang dan 11 responden (36,7%) memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang rendah terhadap SIMPUS. Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa petugas Puskesmas Karangtengah belum puas terhadap SIMPUS, terutama pada aspek keakuratan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas, khususnya pada aspek keakuratan data yang dihasilkan, kemudahan penggunaan bagi petugas dan penambahan kapasitas server.
