The article deals with the results of a pilot research of the analysis of the socio-cultural educational environment of the Kuban State University, Krasnodar. The authors pay attention to the problems of students' expectations from the university, describe Soft skills, forms and methods of their development through building the model of the sociocultural educational environment of a classical university.
Аннотация Статья посвящена вопросам количественной оценки дисциплинированности студентов вуза. Известно, что дисциплинированность-многокомпонентное системное личностнопрофессиональное качество, а модель квалиметрической оценки дисциплинированности неразрывно связана с моделью самой дисциплинированности. Выявлены следующие компоненты дисциплинированности: операционный (когнитивный), волевой, мотивационный (ориентационный); диагностический (рефлексивно-оценочный); поведенческий (деятельностный). По каждому из компонентов предложена модель, позволяющая осуществить количественную оценку. Наиболее сложно создать модель оценки волевого компонента, который является связующим звеном между операционным и мотивационным компонентом, с одной стороны, и поведенческим компонентом, с другой стороны: именно волевой компонент превращает знания и мотивы в действия. Поэтому меру сформированности волевого компонента дисциплинированности оценим как меру реализации (для конкретного обучающегося) операционного и мотивационного компонентов в поведении обучающегося. Обосновано, что диагностика дисциплинированности-важная психолого-педагогическая проблема, т.к. личностные качества обучающихся (их развитие)-целевой ориентир образовательного процесса.
