The topic of the development of the digital economy has become one of the priorities at the international level, and on the agenda of the G20 Summit, held July 7-8, 2017 in Hamburg. In the communiqué of the leaders on the results of the summit in the framework of the “digital block”, the heads of state of the G20 stressed the importance of developing digital literacy. Russia has initiated a discussion on consumer protection in the G20 format. The particular relevance of these issues for the global community is noted in the article by the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin dedicated to cooperation in the framework of the “twenty”. The advantages and opportunities of the digital economy are undoubted. However, the risks and challenges that consumers of the digital economy face daily threaten the harmonious development of new models of this sector of the economy. In this article, the authors tried to consider business risks in the realities of the digital economy. People and their level of confidence in new technologies and market models are not only key elements, but also the most important indicators of the successful development of the digital economy.
The main issue of the research is the problem of improving the quality of organization and management of educational activities in Russian Universities within the framework of the state youth policy. As part of the comprehensive and effective development of territories, it is necessary to fulfill the requirements to ensure the development of civil initiatives and high moral qualities of future specialists. Taking into account not only national but also international standards, educational activities in Russian Universities are becoming a priority for the strategic development of education in the country. The aim of the study is to develop a system of criteria for improving the quality of educational activities in Russian Universities within the framework of the state youth policy, the development of civic initiatives and high moral qualities of future specialists. The system of criteria should be multilevel, take into account all stages of interaction. The types and principles of social and educational work in the system of vocational education are considered. The article also contains various forms and methods of education currently implemented in Universities. Summary. The authors draw conclusions about the high importance of such risks as reputational risks, the risks of negative attitude to the project by interested audiences, the risks of underfunding
This article describes economic-mathematical model of building and analyzing the economic potential in a rational organization of economic activity for the respective business enterprise. In the article the mathematical model, allowing to demonstrate the complexity of concept "economic potential", to show the necessity of its study in many other fields and at different levels, to build a system of indicators to assess the economic potential of an enterprise, that gives the possibility to analyze different aspects of the potential for the subject in its general and basic elements; to get methods for the determination of the system performance assessment of economic potential, based on the solution of the corresponding optimization problems; to identify some regularities of formation and correlation of quantitative estimates of the economic potentials of the system and its separate elements.
The purpose of the article is to review the theoretical foundations and practical examples of investor assessment with an integrated approach to the development of urban infrastructure. The article analyzes the conditions for reducing the investment costs of projects. For this purpose, methods of clarifying the conceptual apparatus, classification, systematization and an integrated approach are used. The significance of an investment project depends on its positive influence on at least one of the external or internal markets: material and financial products, services and labor, on the social environment and the environment. Examples are provided of the impact on urban planning and the ecology of the urban landscape of investment projects in the field of tourism in recent years, implemented at the expense of the Federal Target Program “Development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russia for 2011-2018.” in Sarapul, Barnaul and Cherepovets. The authors conclude that in the examples cited there is a relationship between the risk tolerance of the project and the complexity of the approach to its implementation, and as a result, the amount of investment. Large projects are designed not only to solve specific problems of the investor, regions, economy, state and society, but also ensure the profitability of the state budget at various levels, create new jobs, ensure GDP growth in the country and investment in various sectors, create conditions for the development of the country’s regions. The narrowly focused investment projects are fraught with great risks for the investor due to the selectivity and limited scope of the manifestation of effects.
