The article presents the values of the failure rate for modern types of pumps of four groups: submersible, designed for drainage and wastewater drainage; domestic; cantilever; submersible - for artesian water intake based on statistical data processing on their operation. The obtained values of the failure rate allow us to evaluate the reliability indicators of hydraulic circuits that use various types of pumping equipment. The article analyzes the failures of pumping equipment with their detailed description and presentation of practical photos accumulated at a specialized enterprise, whose activities are aimed at designing pumping stations, supply, installation and maintenance of pumping equipment on the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
Представлены результаты статистического анализа появления в воде водохранилищ централизованного водоснабжения города Симферополя Республики Крым органических загрязнений, определенных по показателю перманганатная окисляемость. Выявлена закономерность распределения содержания органических загрязнений и ее аналитическое описание для четырех источников централизованного водоснабжения. Получены модели распределения данного показателя для воды, прошедшей очистку на водопроводных очистных сооружениях Симферополя Республики Крым (в резервуаре чистой воды). Рассчитана эффективность работы двухступенчатой схемы очистки воды (горизонтальные отстойники-скорые фильтры) от органических загрязнений. Определена вероятность превышения нормативных значений перманганатной окисляемости для питьевой воды относительно норм Всемирной организации здоровья и требований на питьевую воду по данному показателю для Российской Федерации. Определена требуемая степень удаления органических загрязнений на водопроводных очистных сооружениях для обеспечения соответствия качества питьевой воды нормам Всемирной организации здоровья. The paper demonstrates statistical analysis results of biocontamination of Simferopol water reservoirs of centralized drinking water supply sources. The biocontamination results were obtained by permanganate oxidizability factor. The analysis revealed a consistent patt ern of biocontamination distribution and its analytical description for four sources of centralized water supply. The paper also introduces models of this factor distribution for water purifi ed in water-purifi cation plants of the city of Simferopol (in clean-water reservoirs). The eff ectiveness of two-step water purifi cation scheme (horizontalstrainer chamber-high-rate trickling fi lter) from biocontamination is calculated. The research demonstrates a probability of exceeding permanganate oxidizability normative values for drinking water according to WHO and EU standards and according to drinking water requirements for this indicator in the Russian Federation. The required degree of permanganate oxidizability disposal at water treatment plants which will make the quality of drinking water meet WHO and EU standards is also defi ned.
