The scale and effectiveness of investment activity is mainly associated with the creation of an attractive investment climate in the region, which reflects a combination of factors that allow the investors to safely invest in order to provide the materials, resources and get guaranteed benefits with high material output. Construction has always been distinguished by capital and material consumption, cycle time, the use of special equipment and technologies, as well as a special management system to attract and implement investments. But even with the correct calculations, investments may not bring the expected results due to lack of business and entrepreneurial resources, including those at the regional level. But on the other hand, investment processes in general, and in construction in particular, form the business activity of the region and business entities. The purpose of the study is to clarify the methodology for assessing the investments impact (general and in construction) on the business activity level in the region. The tasks of identifying the level of investments’ influence on the parameters of business activity in the region and conducting testing of the proposed developments on the Crimean region example were solved. As a result, a definition of business activity in the region was developed with the allocation of the regional socio-economic system parameters’ blocks with a justification of the investment activity characteristics, including in construction. An approach to assessing the business activity of the region is proposed, within the framework of which the correlation dependence of the investments influence on the regional business activity level is calculated using the example of the Crimean regional complex. The identified parameters of the investments’ impact flows both in construction, material production, and in innovation, can serve as the basis for developing a set of measures to stimulate the investors regarding the required indicators of the socio-economic development of the territory.
Ensuring environmentally safe conditions for the use and development of coastal areas, which usually have a high level of urbanization, is an important engineering and socio-economic task, since it requires tak-ing into account environmental factors of natural and man-made environments when optimizing planning solutions for development and organization of activities. The work is devoted to the study and identification of areas of environmental risk in the current resort and recreational, residential and industrial areas, com-plex environmental conditions and prospects for the development of coastal areas of the Crimea (for exam-ple, recreational complexes of the southern coast of Crimea). When conducting research of problem areas, the structure of the drainage system, with an emphasis on stormwater, areas of municipal solid waste (MSW) and the impact of highways, has been studied in detail. Conducted researches allowed to establish for all in-vestigated water objects changes of water quality due to the flow of non-canalized domestic sewage, the storm sewers, sewage waters of individual small private enterprises, the unorganized surface drain during rains, a high recreational load on separate beaches. The highest level of pollution, including microbiological, coastal marine waters are observed when they are to several sources of pollution at the same time. Considered possi-ble measures to reduce or overcome negative processes in the environment. In order to improve the ecologi-cal condition and recreational value of coastal beaches, it is necessary to redistribute the flow of residents throughout the coastal zone, to solve the problems of water supply, sanitation of territories for the placement of solid waste and other waste, and to take preventive and technical measures for the protection of coastal recreational zones. The research results can be used in the development of projects for the reconstruction of the territory of coastal settlements of the southern coast of Crimea while ensuring environmental safety.
The environmental threats and risks assessment is carried out on the basis of various anthropogenic criteria analysis. It’s reasonable to assess certain environmental indicators for each type of technogenic danger. The problems of the maximum permissible environmental load assessment and the development of the regional environmental security assessment methods have been actual. Therefore, the aim of the article is to develop the basics of the regional environment security level assessment methodology. It’s expedient to assess certain partial environmental indicators for each type of technogenic hazard. Such partial indicators were analyzed by statistical methods. The integration method was used to develop partial and integral indicators for assessing the regional environmental security level. The result of the research is proposition to assess the regional environmental security level by two groups of environmental factors: 1) antropogenic substances ingress into the environment and 2) natural systems change, caused by natural resources consumption and spatial planning factors. Application of the regional environmental security assessment methodology will allow to formalize environmental management problems by using the following indicators: integral environmental security indicator of reducing the anthropogenic substances ingress into the environments (II1) and integral environmental security indicator of reducing natural system change, caused by natural resources consumption and spatial planning factors (II2).
One of the factors in the formation of the ecological state of a city is the planning scheme of development, reflecting the features of the functional division of city space. At the same time, ensuring environmentally safe urban space involves solving the engineering problem of layout adjusting (optimization, modernization), taking into account the natural factors (terrain, landscape, climate zone) and the economic specialization of the territory. In this context, comprehensive environmental studies should be carried out, the main objective of which is to identify patterns of formation and manifestation of violations of environmentally safe environmental parameters (pollution of soil, air, water, including underground and above-ground sources, sea) in order to overcome or reduce negative processes in the present or in the future. The geoecological mapping of environmental risks in different areas of the city based on the seaside recreational area-Feodosia.
Abstract. The relevance of our study is determined by the significant level of coastal sea waters pollution by sewage near high-rise construction zones, which determines the violation of the sanitary and hygienic of sea waters 'characteristics and limits the possibilities for organizing recreational activities. The purpose of this study is to identify the ecological state of the marine aquatic area by the example of the Western Crimea near high-rise construction zones. The studies confirmed that the recreational and coastal area wastewater is intensely mixed with seawater, as a result, the pollution in the coastal strip of the sea in the area of deep water discharges sharply decrease. This happens because of water rapid rise to the surface and under the influence of the continuous movement of sea water huge masses with deep-water discharge, fresh wastewater is actively mixed with sea water. However, with no doubt, it is inadmissible to discharge sewage into the sea directly from the shore, but only at the estimated distance from the coast. The materials of the article can be useful for the management bodies and organizations involved in monitoring the quality of the coastal zone of the sea, teachers and students of higher educational institutions when assessing the ecological situation of the territories.
