Cashew plants are generally evergreen, so they cover land throughout the year, have a dome-like canopy shape and thick leaves are thought to reduce CO2 emissions, one of the gas that triggered global warming that likely turn into climate change. The research aims to measure carbon stocks and reduce CO2 gas emissions in cashew nuts has been carried out in Pondok Village, Wonogiri, Central Java, one of the cashews growing centers in Indonesia. The method of determining plant samples was carried out on cashew crops by monoculture, the age groups (KU) were differentiated 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the measuring plots were determined purposively due to the limited population in the same age plot. Carbon stocks were analyzed using the allomeric method, while CO2 emissions were calculated descriptively. The results showed that cashew plants have the ability to increase carbon stocks and reduce CO2 gas emissions, this ability is kuadratic in line with plant KU. The highest carbon stock by KU 4 plants, the highest ability to reduce CO2 emissions is found in plants aged 30-40 years. The implications of research results on crop management related to emission reduction and increase in C-stock are discussed.
Wonogiri Regency is a cashew crop center in Central Java. Cashew is planting in dryland at an elevation of 100 to 400 m above sea level with a monoculture and multicultural pattern. Cashew plants are cultivated as people plantations, planted regularly on each plot or as a fence on the ownership limits of dry land, plots, and mounds. Cashew plants are evergreen, have a tight canopy with sympodial branching patterns, flowering all the time so they can cover the surface of the soil. Such plant patterns provide acceptance for households and protect the environment. Research to reveal the contribution of household income, land cover rates, and carbon stocks has been carried out by survey methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing the head of the household and the measurement of cashew land. The results showed that the B / C ratio > 1 and increased with the age of the plant, it contributed to the acceptance of household income. Canopy cover and carbon stock increase every year so that it is beneficial to maintain soil fertility.
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Menganalisis dampak penggunaan combine harvester terhadap pendapatan usaha tani padi di sawah. (2) Menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan combine harvester terhadap sumberdaya alam pada usaha tani padi di sawah. Metode penelitian survey ini dilakukan dengan wawancara sejumlah responden yang dihitung dengan rumus Slovin. Data dianalisa secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendapatan usahatani padi sawah dengan menggunakan alat panen combine harvester diperoleh produksi gabah lebih tinggi disbanding tidak menggunakan peralatan panen sabit, thresher dan pewadahan manual, (2) efektifitas penggunaan peralatan panen combine harvester yaitu biaya panen lebih rendah, waktu lebih cepat, tenaga kerja yang diperlukan saat panen lebih sedikit namun perusakan pematang dapat menimbulkan permasalah jika pemanenan tidak serempak dalam satu hamparan.
Analisa situasi terindikasi permasalahan UKM UD. SS Sam yaitu pembatasan personil yang kurang sepadan dengan kapasitas, tata organisasi usaha lemah, pembukuan sederhana, akibatnya dimungkinkan UKM Mitra ini stagnan usahanya, tidak jelas share yang diterima, bahkan cash flow tidak terkontrol, manajer yang berangsur-angsur berumur tua akibatnya dikhawatirkan akan mengalami kebrangkutan. Diperlukan pembinaan dan pendampingan menata manajemen dan akuntansi agar UKM ini lebih sehat dari sisi bisnis, meningkat omzet pasar, terkontrol tata kelola keuangannya. Setelah dilakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan selama 6 (enam) bulan terjadi perubahan psikologis manajer terkait keyakinan perlunya penataan organisasi, akuntabilitas diantaranya pencatatan yang sistematis, teratur, terkontrol; memiliki perencanaan usaha yang jelas; sistem penggajian yang terstruktur sehingga menjamin karyawan bekerja dengan tenang dan berprestasi, pada gilirannya kapasitas usaha (perusahaan) selalu meningkat serta manajemen usaha mulai dari perencanaan usaha, tata letak bahan dan peralatan, pengaturan ruang usaha, ruang penyimpanan, hingga pemasaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam mencapai tujuan dan memperoleh luaran maka langkah-langkah pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu : 1. Diskusi partisipatif antara manajer, karyawan dengan tim pengabdi, 2. Pendampingan dalam mewujudkan struktur manajemen yang benar dan 3. Melatih akuntansi hingga dicapai akuntabilitas usaha.
